    1. To be honest I don’t see Harris as an opener but more of a 2nd/ 3rd drop.

      (This is little of topic but keep reading) Having 2 big hitters at the top isn’t ideal because if one doesn’t fire now in this case, Harris doesn’t find the boundary enough for my liking but can rotate the strike very well. Then there’s Shaun Marsh who can start either by playing smart shots and hit the boundaries or playing that anchor role (rotating the strike with the odd boundary). He also work the ball around which might force some changes to the field which could benefit Harper.

      The power play is about starting quick but then there’s playing good cricket shots and finding the boundary. That’s Harper in a nutshell but finding the ‘right’ partner for at the top is difficult since he bats like Philippe.

      I think Shaun Marsh is that person.

      Just be mindful that this might be a little different to how the Renegades line-up but it’s a good indication.
