St Nick's Breakeven

Can anyone tell me what Nick Riewoldt’s breakeven score is this week? FanFooty says 163 but Footywire says 105. Motts needs to know.

  1. Footy wire is correct if he scores 105 that will bring he’s 3 game average to 86 and at $437,000 that would be about right.

  2. Footy wire is correct if he scores 105 that will bring he’s 3 game average to 86 odd, so at $437K that would be about right.

  3. Even at 437k I think he’s a steal, come the pointy end of sc finals he won’t score under 100. Saints haven’t had a consistent forward all yr, so he will get a lot of ball. So I think he is a shoe in, he is too greater a professional to not make sure the injury won’t reoccur!

  4. 105 – Monty has become a bit disillusioned during the second half of the season with all the unwarranted criticism of his work.

  5. Motts – how about a captains poll, with swan on fire and ablett having a huge average against the swans over the past 4 games I’m a bit perplexed about who to give the big C to.

    1. Motts was a little premature this week and got the Captains Poll up on Tuesday. See the Double Trouble post.

        1. The 2 big decisions of every round have got me stumped. Who to captain? And who to Emergency?

I’ve given you the options for my captaincy but who should I bench out of Kennelly, Waters, ROK, Enright and J Hunt???

          1. Huh?? ROK’s not a defender and the others are. I’m confused. Despite Enright’s poor three weeks i’d still bench Hunt.

          2. Motts can move blokes around with all the DPPs he has. eg ROK goes to the middle for Goodes, then Greenwood goes back for Gilbee. Then Gilbee goes on for ROK and a bench defender (eg J Hunt) goes on for Greenwood.

            Make sense?

          1. Does this operate on the premise that you upload an avatar to that website and then from there, it can be transferred to this site?

      1. I don’t mean to cause any offence 4S and I think your initial’s are great but I think it needs to be “sexier”. Its hard to refer to “RJDA’s Rookies”. It’d be a lot easier to refer to, for example, Superman’s Rookies or FIGJAM’s Rookies or even just RA’s Rookies. Have you got a nickname we can use?

          1. That and when Kramer borrowed that horse and cart to drive George’s fiancee’s parents around Central Park…”Rusty!”

          2. Since RJDA formerly known as ssss is now contributing to this fine forum and wants to use my name, and I am terrible at stringing a sentence together, I will graciously concede any copyright on my name and allow him to use it if I can be known as “Russ formerly known as Rusty”.

          3. I’m sorry Russ, but Cam formerly known as Cameron, otherwise known as CFKAC is the cat with the ‘formerly known as’ appellation on this page. Whilst I have no involvement whatsoever in the decision making processes that occur @ the plush & stately SCT Manor, I can say, without fear or favour, that maybe you should submit an application through the appropriate channels to be formally recognised as “symbol”, “Prince” or “ssss” as that moniker seems to be available at the moment. “Cameron” would appear to also be available, as well as “Agnes”, “Mildred”, “Naboo” & “Bollo”.
I also think that the current “Donny” is not too popular, so maybe you might consider taking over his moniker.

          1. I have Blair and Banner though. I might do the pods trade if there is another good midfield upgrade. Anyone know any news about goodwin?
