Sunday Arvo Games R13, 2013

Written by MJ on June 23 2013

Fremantle V Nth Melbourne (PS) Expecting this one to be a lot closer than the odds suggest. Goldstein, Swallow, Black, Barlow, Mundy, Fyfe the main protagonists SuperCoach wise.

Brisbane V Geelong (GABBA) Can’t see Geelong dropping this one. A few captains could be on show here with Stevie J and Selwood running around.

  2. T/U- Take Jacks 122
T/D- Risk it on Mundy or Fyfe and hope for 140+ from them

Thinking I might not get to greedy and just take jacks score, Mundy or Fyfe would need to score atleast 20+ points more to make it a worthwhile swap. I could be risking potentially 40 points in an attempt to gain 20.

  3. I’m up 85 with J.Selwood on my team. Opponents got Moloney and Duffield. Win this and I may move up to 3rd in my main league.

    TU- I win
    TD- I lose

  4. I can see the Cats dropping this one. Lions strongest side for the year and always strong at home. Lets hope Hanley gets a free rein this week.

  5. Rain has just started here in Perth guys. It’s gonna be real wet. Not the greatest of scoring conditions.

  6. Goldstein could set the world record for hitouts today. Wet day, plenty of ball ups and throw ins. Up against young Hannath and Clarke. Could’ve been a handy smoky captaincy choice!

  7. Ouch, Stevie J big hit on Hanley.

I don’t think Stevie J will get any weeks for that though, there wasn’t any elbow or arm flying up. It looked like the bump got Hanley on the cheek or something though. Hanley had the ball so hopefully Stevie J will get away with it.

  9. wow, was incredibly close to trading hanley in a week before his bye. since then he just cant get involved. looking like he’ll struggle to get 50 in this game. heath shaw looking a much better option. will let hanley drop to about 400k, and consider trading vlastuin to him then, if hes not gone by then.

  12. ASH MCGRATH YOU STAR!!!

Was I the only one who thought they wouldn’t win when Yeo short passed to Black instead of the long bomb? But Black was class throughout the whole game.

Best last quarter I’ve seen for a while from Brissy.
