Table For Two Rd23

Written by Schwarzwalder on August 22 2019

Lunchtime on a Thursday…….time for a table for two!

Since Thommo’s 2UP was so popular over the pre-season, we’ve carried it over into the regular season through Table For Two.  If you can’t split two players, enter their names into the comments below.  Our Coaches will help out with the thumbs function (UP/DOWN)……….

      1. Sloane ($460k available) for:

        TU: Cunnington (v Melb)
        TD: Ablett (v Carlton)

Comment: Others (Henderson, Sheed, Parker, Mundy)

  1. One trade left and 43k in the bank
Somehow managed to make finals with Connor Blakely and Jack Gunston in my team
Want to trade one of these out

    TU: Blakely to Shaw
    TD: Gunston to Cameron
Comments: something else? I have a decent set of premos in other spots so not looking at other players.

  2. One trade left and have decided M. Crouch can be shown the door.

TU – Toby Greene (Plays GCS)
TD – Dusty Martin (BRL on the MCG)

    1. Cunnington.

Parker will get tagged by Steele and Higgins too inconsistent, could score 140 or 60.

  3. I have Gawn/Goldie as my ruck combo, but concerned they are going H2H..
So..thinking i should trade one of them out for Grundy?

    TU Gawn out

    TD Goldie out

  4. With Greene OUT, I need a FWD. can afford anyone as have $200k in bank. Who should I get, given I have:
Dunkley Marshall Dangerfield TKelly and Heeney.
I have no dual positional changes available so MUST be a FWD.
Will probably wait and see if Setterfield can pull something miraculous out of the hat first …

    Thanks all

    1. Boak is the obvious one. Im in the same position but have Boak already and no Heeney. For me its down to Cameron against the suns or Ziebell against a rubbish Melbourne who leak midfield points.

        1. Considering the Coleman race, Cameron is probably the most incentivized to go big this weekend. Led it all year, deservedly so. Can see GWS feeding him all day in what will be a minimum 60 point massacre.

          1. Yep. Thanks GD.

Thi still think NTH will be aware Jezza could kick 10+, so will feed BB like they did last week surely?!?

Might just wait for Jezza tho’. If Gawn is a late OUT, I’ll need to use my last trade for Goldy anyway and take Setters’ likely poxy score FWD to avoid a donut!

            1. Just think the Dees have better 1 v 1 defenders than the Suns. Can see Frost or Lewis wearing Brown pretty tight, whereas the tallest timber the Suns have down back is Burgess- who I don’t see containing Cameron.

Either will work though, AS. Best of luck!
