Table For Two – Rd9

Written by Schwarzwalder on May 17 2018

In the tradition of Thommo’s 2UP, Table For Two gives you the chance to split those line-ball decisions ahead of the first rolling lockout.   So which players are giving you headaches this week?

Martin vs Martin? Selwood vs Selwood?  Higgins vs Higgins?  Whatever your issue, we’re here to help.  Enter the names in the Forum below and we’ll help out with the Thumbs UP/DOWN option……..

        1. Not necessarily. Keeping Doedee gives you some more options because you can trade him to any premium from R12-13. Finlayson you’d probably only trade to R12 premos.

  1. Double downgrade or one up one down?

    English >Crossley
    Naughton > Yeo/Simpson

    OR

    English >Crossley
    Naughton > Phillips via DPP

      1. Yes but a week’s a long time in football as the old saying goes. More rookies debuting this week. How they go, and Phillips, and Danger/Mundy, may alter your plans anyway…

  2. Have talked myself into Webster.

T/U: great move, will be a top 6-8 averaging DEF at season’s end
T/D: lost the plot, flash in the pan and set to plummet soon

    1. I think the risk with Webster is that the Saints are underperforming. They may get back on track by moving players inti different positions.

  3. I’m doing Banfield to Danger, but need to do a downgrade for cash. Who do I let go… Billings or Doedee?

T/U- Trade out Doedee, Billings is still a chance to improve if the Saints find some form
T/D- Trade out Billings, he’s had his chance and Doedee is still useful as D6

    1. I reckon you’re too far down the road with Billings, work on other rookies and then deal with Billings later in the season. He can’t drop any further in price, surely…

      1. I’m in a similar position with Trac. Outside of Murphy/Keefe, Trac is now my lowest averaging onfield player, so he’s going this week. Its not really about cutting my loses anymore, and just increasing my overalls points each week. If Billings is in your bottom 2-3 onfield players, then no harm in moving him on.

  4. Coaches,

Looking to downgrade 1 rookie and bring in Danger. Who do I bring in/who has better JS?

    T/U – Crossley
    T/D – Keefe

I’ve got enough DPP players to make either work.

      1. Im thinking of keeping him now Hartigan is back, his due for a descent score ,technical analysis saying 80-90 going by line graph on past scores lol

  5. TU: Danger
    – Yeah he’s back!
    TD: Crouch
    – Nah he’s not and Crouch is better value for money anyways

  6. Thinking Naughton and L. Fogarty out for Oliver and a defender.

    T/U – Yeo
    T/D – Simpson
    Comment – Sicily

  7. Hurley out so who to play on field:

    TU: Richards
    TD: Murphy

Richards might have a tougher time against quality opposition whilst Murphy has scores of 32, 80 and 63.
