Walesy has whacked up his statistical analysis of who you should be picking as captain. You can have a look at it here.

  1. I think that I will be on Boyd this weekend. Even though Richmonds midfield is pretty good at the moment, Boyd is just a class above. (and I don’t have Swan…..Yet!)

  2. Between Pendles, Priddis, Sandi and my likely new recruit Mundy

    Thinking Mundy (c) and Priddis (vc).
    Never cared about the derby this much cause as well as these two i’ll have Broughton (hopefully), Lower, Cox and Darling playing!!

    Really wish we got more Freo games on free-to-air than just Collingwood, Essendon and Carlton.

  3. With Johnno brown coming back in a few weeks, he looks like a great trade up target in the latter half of the year.

    His BE is 188 to start with and surely he’ll take a while to get back into the swing of things. If he dips down to around the 380 mark which he most likely will he will be gold!

    Already lined it up…darling —-> brown ๐Ÿ˜€

  4. Give the Pies and Cats mids a miss, they will all take points off each other and score below average, just like the Pies and Blues mids did a month or so back.
    I’m on Boyd.

  5. Knights plays GC this week Rowdy. Could go bananas, especially if Thompson is a late withdrawal. I noticed Knights got some midfield time in the 2nd half last week.

  6. Been flippin’ and a floppin’ for the last day or two on the Big C call.

    Do I perma-captain like everyone else or take a POD punt???

    1. Going to be a horrible night for football tonight.

    2. Swanny’s points at the G this year 108 CARL 106 ESS 104 WB. Had 163 against Tigers as well but that doesn’t count.

    3. Even if the weather is fine it should be a cracker tonight which will level the points out across the board.

    I’m leaning further towards Goodesy against the Powerless every minute.

    Thoughts?

  7. They havent said who he replacing.

    “was promoted to the senior list earlier this week as a long-term injury replacement after three years at the Club”

    Im a hawks member and i really dont like the sound of this!!!
    I think they may be saying strattons injury is worse than first thought.

  8. Was thinking of trading in:
    [1] Grimes-> Jacobs [from Port]
    and Boak-> Swan

    [2] or Grimes-> Shaw
    Boak-> Issac Smith

    or a combination of both.

    Would Jacobs be in and out of the team alot?

  9. after some quick research i am strongly
    leaning towards toy > jacobs
    and grimes < deledio
    this is a slight risk but port absolutely love jacobs and he would have
    played round 1 if he wasn't ill.

    this will also let my cows fatten further down forward.

    thumbs up – lock in
    thumbs down – re study
