No doubt you’ve got at least one of these handy utilities in your team already. But if you were building your side from scratch today, and taking into account their current price, average, form etc, which 3 would you slot in?

Lewis gets my number one vote. The highest average out of the group and has had the toughest draw – Coll, Gee, Ade, Wce, Syd … arguably the hardest mix of early season in-form teams and last years grand finalists. Hats off to Jordan Lewis. He will come into my team this week and I hope to see some big scores as the Hawks draw gets much easier over the next two months .

I’m glad I brought in Lewis for Fyfe 2 weeks ago! He is a CHAMP!
But do you think Hodgey’s return will impact him?

Dusty Martin
, I don’t have him yet but he’s looking cherry ripe after raising the bat for the 1st time this year on the w/e.

Chappy or ROK for mine. Cats draw softens up for a bit up until the bye.
RoK is starting to hit his straps too and Sydney will be 11-0 when their bye rolls around.
Expecting Dangermouse to taper off now that they play some decent sides.

No Martin? At his price looks tempting, also goodes?
Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Lewis in that order for me

O’Keefe for me!
Bargain Price which will only go one way and huge scoring potential.
Also like Lewis but he’s just as likely to knock himself out and at that price you can pretty much get a true Mid premium (i.e. Sam Mitchell)
Good luck to all those who go Sidebottom. Had him last year and was very inconsistent…..so frustrating! He’s getting more mid time etc etc but i can’t bring myself to get him in!!

That is why I think Lewis is a good choice FF. A forward that can score like a midfielder is gold. I think he will be worth 550+ by the time the Hawks have the bye.

GOLD Coast has been rocked by the realisation captain Gary Ablett could miss another three weeks with a knee injury.
Ablett has been slow to recover from minor bone bruising and ligament damage in his right knee after being helped from the Gabba late in the Round 4 loss to the Brisbane Lions.
The Suns had penciled in the Round 7 meeting with Greater Western Sydney on May 12 as Ablett’s return date, with the club desperate for a breakthrough win.
But despite wearing a knee brace for several days, enduring hours in ice baths and around-the-clock treatment, Ablett is taking longer than expected to return to full fitness.
The midfielder initially stated he would push to play Fremantle on Saturday, but is quickly having to tone down his expectations.
”He just hasn’t come up as well as we’d like him to and he’s probably looking at another two to three weeks,” Suns assistant coach Dean Solomon told SEN.
