Rd17Fritsch (MEL) & Liam Ryan (WCE) OUT for Justin Westhoff (PTA) & Brent Daniels (GWS)

After loopholing Mihocek’s 101 on Saturday afternoon, I held off on the Sicily trade and brought in Justin Westhoff for the last few weeks instead.  Also brought in Brent Daniels (GWS) with his dpp status.  Hopefully he can hold his spot in a winning side for a few more weeks.

We absolutely thrashed our previous best scores from the last two weeks and came up with a monster 2678 (#158 on the weekly ranking).  In the space of six weeks, we’ve improved from three Top8 positions to eight!  We’ve also rocketed up the rankings from 20k to 6.5k in that time……fantastic recovery, Coaches!  I wouldn’t wanna face this TEAM in the Finals with this recent form behind them.  The TEAM as it stands now………

The Sicily trade can still be made.  With $73k in the bank, we can afford ANY defender to replace Sicily.  Tom McDonald? Angus Brayshaw?  Shannon Hurn?  Unless there are a number of surprises at the selection table, I’ll put up the polls on Friday morning.

Are there any other suggestions you’d like to contribute to the TEAM?  Any glaring omissions you can see?  What would you do with this TEAM if it was yours?

**UPDATE at 9am on 27/7/18**

No major surprises at the selection table so we’ll press ahead as planned………..

I’ll loophole Mihocek with Sicily as I did last week.  If he doesn’t perform then I’ll bring in a new player……….

  1. Yep just need a poll on the Sicily Trade, but once again with Mihocek playing 2nd game wait and see how he goes before the pulling trigger as he could be loopholed again. I am thinking 85+ is a pass mark to loophole.

    1. Could do that, but would prohibit getting Short in (playing v Mihocek).
Another option might be Austin to O’Riordan this week and can loophole him and Mihocek through Sicily.
That leaves two trades (Sicily and ANO) for Uber premos with the subsequent healthy cash balance, as and when sh1t hits the fan!

    2. Agree we hold and see how mihocek goes. This team rocks now, and I’d rather go into finals with 3 trades than 2.

  2. Sicily to Short leaving about $100k in the bank. Short is going off atm and I feel like we should just embrace the #YOLO
