  1. I really hope some Rookies are called up again, cos I currently have no-one on my Mid and Forward bench who’s playing!!

  2. Give this post 10+ likes, and I’ll promise to deck Sharrod Wellingham on the weekend. Honestly, what kind of parent names their son Sharrod?!

Give this post 50+ likes, and I’ll finish the job Tom Jonas started last year, and straight up murder Andrew Gaff

    1. As a geelong fan i think one bad game could see him dropped for menegola or another. All depends on how Chris Scott likes the structure and how black plays. Knowing Chris Scott however im not sure even he knows what he wants!

            A. Could grab Pendels at bargain basement or I can afford Bont ?
            B. 2 cows, cop the duckeggs & sit tight until the Byes !??

good chance, with the mess ive got, I could well end up keeping Haw company and post my worst season to date.

  4. Simpkin, Stewart, Nank, Greene, Beams, Parfitt, Fisher…. Just listing my out’s this week. Wait….Barrett is in!! Yay…
Wish I had 8 trades to use this week. Good luck to all out there. May see a donut or 2 around the traps this week

  5. Should I get Myers?

Dump beams to pendles, JOM to Myers… Desperate times call for desperate measure

    1. Only if you already have Parsons & EVW. Myers has had plenty of injury battles over the years. Ideally wait until he’s on the bubble and running out for his 3rd game…….

    2. Bringing in someone like Myers this week is exactly why people complain about their rookies not making enough cash due to being dropped or injured.

    1. Yep but the bombers play the last game meaning you can use him as a loophole (I’m looping Barrett and Balic for example as I have McGrath in the mids) a blessing in disguise assuming you have the cover

    1. Not necessarily so Tebs.
Brad Scott said in his presser that Waite would be named but a final call would be made at training Friday morning.
Sooooo… if Waite misses who will come in?. Looking at the emergencies, Preuss would seem to be the logical replacement.

  6. Cope a donut in the forward to trade pendles for beams?

Or trade Eddy for Black to have no donuts?

Already traded Parfitt for Parsons for some reason do not trust Black’s js.

    1. Pendles still has 125 breakeven. He’s not that urgent a trade that id be volunteering a donut for him.

  7. Having trouble on weather to cop a donut or trade in a ruckman not sure who I’d like to get if I did out goldy, grundy & Martin

  8. Are we sure Newman is out?

    SYDNEY
    In: J.McVeigh, A.Aliir, D.Towers, S.Naismith
    Out: J.Laidler (achilles), G.Rohan (concussion), B.Jack, J.Rose

  9. Hawthorn cuts Langford and Brand, to bring in two old guys. I’m sorry Alastair, but that’s just not how you rebuild. Young players like Langford and Brand are the future of your club; as great as Rioli and Birchall have been, they aren’t likely to be there next time you’re contending.

This sort of petulant defiance is almost as bad as Malthouse in 2015. Just play as many kids as you can each week and be done with it. You’re going to lose more often than not anyway, so you might as well gain something from it.

  10. Just to put salt on all our wounds, Newman’s dropped. But anyone with florentine should be happy that he’s back in
