    1. I love it too, tappy. Its competition. Its what we’re all about on here. On a similar note, I’ve been tempted to do a poll: Dave v Nicko.

      1. Which’ll probably descend into a Collingwood folk v most of the rest type of vote, which is kinda boring in my opinion.

    1. exact same here, but just traded rohan in for goodes, and still have $86,000 to uprgrade 1 more, i had gysberts as emg too!!!

      1. chapman,s omission is a big shock for most coaches , I hope its only a week or two …cant remember who said chapman likes his extended midseason breaks .

        0

        0
  8. Bugger. Rohan is my mid emergency. If one of my mids miss, I cop a doughnut. Bugger. On the flip side, I kept the faith with Gia instead of trading up to Chappy.

How do people think Rooey will perform when he comes back? Obv his value will drop, but how much will he need to be scoring b4 he is considered a ‘must have’? If he comes back scoring 80 odd, is that enough? How long will it take for him to lose his rust?

    0

    0
  9. With Chapman out, will that mean a bigger role/higher score for Jesus, or, more attention/lower score?
Should I maintain my faith & keep him captain or move to Goddard or Swan?

    0

    0
  10. HGL as a fellow pies man I advise you to give the guernsey to Swan… NOT

I reckon Ablett will get more room in the midfield. I haven’t strayed for the last few while Goddard blitzes it – I aint straying now.

    0
    1. Well, you must be an intelligent man possessed of great taste, Eggs, so your sage advice requires careful consideration. I have held onto my faith in Jesus, so I should probably maintain that.
B.t.w, have I been reading your posts on another SC page?

  11. Was thinking about turning Rockliff into chappy in a few weeks. But not anymore, this blokes hammies will let you down come SC finals time, just like they have this week and in the past. Absolute freak, but unfortunately those hammies just wont hold for a full season.

    1. Maybe Rooey’ll be the one come finals time to inject big scores into your team…..Or, maybe Rusling will come good and be the missing link you need.

      0

      0
      1. Yeh, definately going to look at Rusling.. He will make you alot of coin from a Rockliff trae and can deliver some good numbers ๐Ÿ˜‰

        0

        0
          1. I think he will find it hard with Jack Anthony taking away all the scoring opportunities, but he’d be a shot if he came back within the next month.

Roo is going to drop around 100k I reckon, as I doubt he will score big in his first game back, he will be very juicy!

            0

            0
          2. Big Jack, Sean & Chris will ensure a healthy competition for spots.
Rooey will def drop in value, and might even spud it up for a week or two, but, he will definitely improve unless he returns too soon and re-injures himself.

  12. Not as pissed as me.

I upgraded chapman last week for Brown & couldnt do the trade this week b/c Browns team played this week. Stupid supercoach Rules!!!

If they dont play you should still be able to trade them the following week in the split round.

    0

    0
    1. Also havnt been on here all week, as I’m having a bad round & now thanks to Chappy look like losing all leagues, even to Sheedy!!!!

      1. Further to this split round crap. Now Gysberts is out we cant change emergency to the other Bench guy ๐Ÿ™

        0
      1. next year should be a different situation because of the bye , and hopefully they get rid of the midseason break . remember when there was 7 games played in the first week of the break and then there was collingwood and someone else the following week.

        0

        0
  13. If I made Hitchcock emergency last week and he played (59), will that cover Chapman who is out this week? Just want to make sure, everything is different with these split round rules.

  14. Since I had buddy as vc last week, and now I have a bench of higgins playfair with chapman (not playing starting), who do I sub off and make C?

  15. the swans have selected malceski in the midfield instead of the backline …who will clint jones tag , i hope its not bartel ..

  16. Chapman is a certain starter next week! Phew, this weeks trade not all bad. Personally I think & hope it was just the Geelong “resting” policy.

    1. yessir. Traded him back in about 3 weeks ago. Not a happy camper right now. Lets hope he learns this time.

    1. PREMIERSHIP defender Tadhg Kennelly is a late withdrawal with knee soreness from the Sydney Swans’ squad ahead of Saturday night’s match at ANZ Stadium against Collingwood.

The 28-year-old has played 10 of his 168 career matches this year, and his absence will be a blow to a Sydney side that hasn’t beaten Collingwood since round 13 in 2005, a run of eight matches.

First-year player Gary Rohan has been added to the Swans’ 22 in place of the 2005 premiership half-back flanker, with Ted Richards coming into the squad as an emergency with Lewis Jetta and Patrick Veszpremi.

The Swans sit in sixth position ahead of the round 13 clash, with all seven of their wins this season coming against sides below them on the ladder. Collingwood, held to a draw by Melbourne in its last outing on the Queen’s Birthday holiday, enter the contest in fourth place.

          1. Hasn’t stop you before (putting a first gamer on the field), as for Jpod it was raining all day and night in Melbourne so jpod was going to a low score that’s why I suggested you put J on plus his your boy and you told everyone about him.

          1. Maybe Motts could set up a blog at a certain time for all of us on different time zones with a multitude of different work/study/social comittments to attend.

I reckon we should call it “The Teams” and have it every Thursday at 1700 EST.

What do all of your paid site administrators think Mottsy?

  9. With Chapman out, will that mean a bigger role/higher score for Jesus, or, more attention/lower score?
Should I maintain my faith & keep him captain or move to Goddard or Swan?

  10. HGL as a fellow pies man I advise you to give the guernsey to Swan… NOT

I reckon Ablett will get more room in the midfield. I haven’t strayed for the last few while Goddard blitzes it – I aint straying now.

  11. Was thinking about turning Rockliff into chappy in a few weeks. But not anymore, this blokes hammies will let you down come SC finals time, just like they have this week and in the past. Absolute freak, but unfortunately those hammies just wont hold for a full season.

  12. Not as pissed as me.

I upgraded chapman last week for Brown & couldnt do the trade this week b/c Browns team played this week. Stupid supercoach Rules!!!

If they dont play you should still be able to trade them the following week in the split round.

  13. If I made Hitchcock emergency last week and he played (59), will that cover Chapman who is out this week? Just want to make sure, everything is different with these split round rules.

  16. Chapman is a certain starter next week! Phew, this weeks trade not all bad. Personally I think & hope it was just the Geelong “resting” policy.
