Mmmmmm where do I start this week with trades as I head back to London Town on Wednesday. Was going Mayes-Staker and Le Cras-Nic Nat alas……Terlich and Ellis injuries could be the opening I need for getting my crap backline into gear with some upgrades and Leui could be gone for a few also!! Have Cox in ruck but I want Nic Nat also to almost complete forwards. Need Hanley but dunno if he will be going down anytime soon so could go cheaper premiums (Gibbs? Enright?) will reverse trade like mad this week and live on SCT for inspiration and guidance.

In all my leagues, I’m in a good position.. should be able to keep winning up to Bye rounds.. SO tempting to just trade trade trade.. btw Hanneberry has been one of my neatest pickups this season! Not one team I’ve played has had him in all 3 leagues and he’s only had one bad score of 50 odd.. the rest has been 110+
I’m thinking of going Evans and Viney out and bringing in Hrovat and Crotchin.
Early days, but leaves me with only a few upgrades after this.

Hi guys….was thinking it was nearly time to upgrade Sammy Kerridge but after the massive score he smashed out on the weekend not sure what to do now? My initial thoughts are to say thank you to Leuenberger for his services, 95 average and $150k profit but it’s time you left. Swing Nic Nat into the Rucks and Hello Staker, which will leave me with a $347,100 war chest coming up to the bye rounds.
Staker, Hutchings & Nic Nat on the menu, but can only take 2! One of the WA based SCT family (eagling?) has been mentioning Hutchings for a while. Anyone got good info on him?
Geeeez, taking into account premium player form, downgrade options, and upcoming byes, is this the toughest week of year so far for trading correctly?

Who watched all of the hawks/suns game? I would like to know exactly ho this scoring works. Sam mitchell had 36 disposals at a high de% and a goal…and finished with 109! Jimmy bartel (for example) seems to score 109 by walking onto the ground. This is not sour grapes, just genuinely would like to know the COMPLETE scoring system if anyone can help.

Tezza – The full Supercoach scoring system hasn’t (and won’t be) revealed.
In addition to the stats you have to think about things like impact on the game which they take into account. Also did you check the tackles? Plus there is always the fact that there is only (3,000?) so many points total per game to be distributed.

What to do with Charlie Dixon? All im hearing is ankle injury and to be tested. Has Missed Round 7-9, if he is not back this week should I pull the trigger on the $480k sitting on my bench? Or hold onto him..I only have Goddard and Hanley as my other 2 def premiums.

Was thinking of no trades, but with Berger and Terlich potentially missing games, will look at upgrading Daw >> Kreuzer. NicNat is out of my reach at the moment and Magic Door and Gaaawwwnnn are just about done and dusted. Kreuzer had bottomed out and is now finding some form after injuring his thumb in (apparently) a pie and plumb related incident. Kreuzer will add decent cover for Berger during the bye rounds as well.
Neade to Staker is a gimme. Not sure what the other trade will be. I’ve got $302k in the bank, which is far too much not to use
– Got Terlich, but I’m happy to leave him on the bench for a few weeks
– Will wait a see on Leun. I already have Nic Nat

Leuenberger is likely to miss a sizable chunk of matches, and so I need to upgrade him. One of my trades will be Terlich-Staker, but what should the other be?
I would love to bring Nic Naitanui in, simply because he’s such an exciting player and having him in my Supercoach Side will give me all the more reason to cheer him on.
However, Will Minson is priced $35k cheaper, and playing very consistently.
So, if you think I should shell out extra for Nic Nat, give me a thumbs up
If you think I should be pragmatic and save the $35k and pick Minson, give me a thumbs down.
If you’ve got a suggestion on another player to pick up instead of either, whack a comment in.
I have ruck issues, I want to trade out Jacobs for Stokes via Cox but what if Leuy is injured? Are others getting rid of jacobs.
O’ Meara to Hrovat gives me heaps of money and enough to go K.Mitchell to Watson. Or terlich to birchall or leunburger to cox/nic nat

I need to improve my Defence – had Thurlow on the park this week and it’s hurting my scores.I kin of want Hanley but don’t have the $$$. Not keen on Shaw because have enough Pies. Already got Duffman, Goddard, Heppel. So have narrowed it down to 2:
TU – Gibbs – Solid as long as he doesn’t get sore again
TD – Hartlett – cheaper by $80k odd, looks to have come back a bit.
Who do you think I should trade terlich for? Sam colquhoun or Jackson thurlow?

Not sure if I can double upgrade or if Staker has to come in this week. With a bit of carnage, I have Berger, Ellis, Birchall, Shaw, Lonergan and Viney, with $250k in the bank. Can go Ellis to Harry Taylor (need a R12 defender) and Terlich to Boyd. Or do I get Staker and get Taylor next week. I could keep Ellis then and is probably the more sensible option, but after a shocking weekend, I’m really tempted to double upgrade!

Really want Jobe for obvious reasons and O’Meara’s been great but he ain’t no Jobe. I’ve stupidly had Rowe and Cox both on the forward line so it’ll be good to open up this link actually.

Tazz, I am not sure Hutchins must be on everyones radar averaging in the 80’s and a BE i think in the -70.
I got staker two weeks ago. Not sorry either gave me some healthy scores.
I have traded Hutchins in can change but the boy must be doing alright with the scores he has been knocking out. Just hope it is not a Thurlow effort this week after I just bought him in.

Does any one look at their opponents team leading up to big teams ? Or am I the only one that does this
this round i will be using 2 trades which should pretty much give me my team and leave me with 13 trades saving some for later on in the season and injuries. i have burnt a few early(i really should have tried to control myself but alas)

ok i was definitely ready to get rid of jacobs into minson this week, however with jacobs having a rd13 bye and minson in rd11 ive decided to hold off. got me looking at it and if terlich is injured im going to go

still have 170k remaining after those. then i know i should never plan because it always backfires but heres how it looks:
next week i should be able to do nothing, and then the week after i can go bang with the 3 trades in which all 3 take advantage of the byes.

then a down/up grade with
o’meara -> hrovat
laird -> hanley
what do you guys think? was definitely starting to treat o’meara as a keeper, but i am still without ablett and therefore his spot will likely have to go eventually.. combined with hrovat looking too good to pass up.

Moloney was a good pick up early on for me but has seemed to drop of the pace a bit so im beginning to question his position. Im thinking an upgrade is due as i have around 650K in the kitty.
i also wouldnt mind whats going on with my bench man, will they be returning?

Hi guys, in need of some advice.
Sitting in the top 8 for my leagues, going for league wins only.
Need 6 to 8 trade-ups to have a full team of prems (depending on whether I keep JJK and Goodes in my final side). 16 trades left, and $645k in the bank.
Options (via swing trades):
1) Daw > Staker
Moloney > NicNat
Leaves: 14 trades and $640k
2) Currie > Staker
Daw > Hutchings
Leaves: 14 trades and $780k
3) Daw > Hutchings
Lee > Staker
Leaves: 14 trades and $790k
I guess it comes down to whether I bring in a Premium now, or make the last deposit into the warchest, for final upgrades over the bye rounds.
If it’s about saving the dosh, then it’s a debate over whether Lee or Currie can actually get a game soon (have held them since Rnd 1).
