    1. Yeah he really needs to go, what are your thoughts on McInnes Hutta? There’s not many rookie options in defense at the moment.

      4

      2
      1. Getting a vibe from WCE fans here that he will be be sent back to the twos as he’s just not impacting enough to warrant selection.

        5

  1. Didnt see the game but was Hugh greenwood’s debut of 107 worthy of a spot in everyone’s side over the byes or does he have bad JS? Becuase if its good im welcoming him

    1. Crows fan here, I traded him in this round as was one of the only downgrade targets viable for my team. Had a great debut scored three goals and looked hard at the contests, something which we have lacked in the last few weeks.

I have no reason to believe he’ll be dropped back down to the ressies, he’ll keep his spot.

      1. Thanks mate, i couldnt understand the thumbs down on my post. Figured a 107 from a rookie was always good news. Keep the rookies coming

        10

  2. Balic is just sitting there like a shag on a rock. Time to go if you’re not playing.
In addition it is time for one of Otten or Hampton to go – depending on Hampton’s injury.
I will probably bring in Greenwood and Perryman to raise some cash for trades during the bye round.
Looking to bring in 3 premo’s after round 11 bye.

    5

    5
  3. Otten needs to go now. No idea when Balic will be back either so probs best to cut him loose as well.

Downgrading Otten is what i pplan to do as Berry and Newman look solid field rookies however no idea who to downgrade to. Mcinnis has looked decent (anyone have an idea on his JS). Otherwise a week early on Perryman ?

Upgrading balic gets parsons off the field (finally) but might be restricted for funds. Will have roughly 490k for a foward premo. Options might be slim. Any suggestions appreciated .

    1. Wingard $479k if you’re game, averaged 100 last 4 weeks playing midfield and gives you the extra player throughout the byes. Not sure I could do it but its an option.

      6

      3
      1. Hoping i can afford Ryder Just but im not confident! Hopefully otten doesnt lose too much. But wingard could be worth the roll of the dice. Better than fielding parsons anyway!

        2

        3
      2. Wingard alternated good seasons with bad his whole career, so based on previous patterns, he’s due for at least a 98 average this year ๐Ÿ˜‰

        3

        1
      3. The last month it looks like Wingard is going 75% mid time as opposed to 25% in past years. Grays inability to play midfield minutes this year should keep Wingard’s midfield time up. No stats to back this up just observations.

        2

  4. Thinking marchbank to innes (if named)
Then maybe WHE to paddy Ryder , gives good cover during byes

    Good or bad idea?

    14

    6
  5. At the moment I’m going:

    Marchbank and Taranto OUT

    McNiece and Macrae IN

This trade will complete my forward line of Yeo, Macrae, JJK, Dahlhaus, Nankervis and Heeney.

Let us know what you think!

    7

    34
    1. OR I could go:

      Marchbank and Taranto OUT

      Greenwood and Hurley IN

This leaves me with 1 upgrade left to do in the backs and forwards.

Unsure of Greenwood’s job security though, anyone have any clue what it’s like?

Again, make sure to let me know what you think!!

      1

      21
      1. Are you sure you want to trade Taranto now? He’s in good form, still has a reasonably low BE, and has the round 13 bye.

        43

        0
  6. Marchbank > McInnes
    Balic > Selwood

Both Round 12 byes which is gold.

Leaves 50k in the bank. Next week looking at Greenwood and possibly Bolton

17 trades left after those two trades

    20

    3
  7. I’m going to try really hard not to trade this week. There really aren’t any Suns or Port players I want, and I don’t see the point in bringing in players that will miss a game in the next month.

The only exception I guess is Hampton if he is out injured.

    4

    2
  8. Thinking of Balic > Shai Bolton next week.
I prefer Bolton over Greenwood given my bye structure.
How is Bolton’s job security, will Butler push him out of the team?

    0

    8
  9. Will trade Balic > Lloyd, and upgrade Hampton to either:

    TU: Tuohy
    TD: Pittard

(both suit my bye structure) – thanks!

    17

    8
  10. My backline at the moment is:
Adams, Lloyd, Tuohy, Newman, Otten, Marchbank (Hampton, Stewart).

I have just over $100k spare.

    My trade ideas are

    T. Stewart -> M. O’Connor (LOCK)
    A. Otten -> Laird or Hurley

Not picking Docherty, Roberton or Hibberd because it doesn’t even up the teams during the bye rounds. But also because I have a plan.

The week after (first bye week), I’m looking to downgrade Barrett to Greenwood, that means I can hopefully make at least $150k in the salary cap.

Then in second bye week, when Docherty, Roberton and Hibberd all come back from their bye round. I can maybe downgrade another player (probably Parsons), have at least $200k spare, and then I can upgrade Marchbank or Hampton to one of those three players coming back.

So the only thing I’m having trouble with is should I go with Laird to be safe, or go with Hurley for a POD chance and have more spare cash?

    TU: Laird
    TD: Hurley

Any constructive critique is welcome too.
For anyone who saw my trade post last week, don’t worry about me getting frustrated and confused. I’m not facing a forward crisis this time haha

    30

    6
    1. Only if O’Connor is named…. He may get a game due to Geelong’s small forward injuries, but from what I’ve seen, only wants to handball.
I also caught some video of him playing in the reserves and it was the same there. I’m not sure he’ll score very well and JS is a big question mark.

      4

      0
      1. Marchbank and J. Lloyd both have the same bye, so the net effect on Chief’s bye structure from that trade will be naught.

That said, I would be waiting until round 12 before bringing in any more round 11 bye players, but it depends on how many players from each bye round you already have.

        3

        0
  11. A different kind of trade talk: AFLW.

Is Tayla Harris really worth Brisbane’s asking price of Bianca Jakobsson + another player? I know Harris is a great player, but so is Jakobsson, so to me she seems like very high price to begin with.

    TU: Yes, she’s worth it.
TD: No. Great player, but Jakobsson + another player is too big of an ask.

    4

    15
  12. Are people convinced that Hibberd is a top 6-8 defender now?
    TU yes
    TD no
Thinking of upgrading Marchbank for only 60k

    31

    33
    1. Even if he isn’t top 6-8, he’ll be close enough. And given the cash generation issues that most people are having this year, I’d say that close enough is good enough, especially at Hibberd’s price.

      22

      3
  13. Jack Steele is currently the 7th ranked forward with an average of 93 – is he a keeper at F6?

    TU – Yes
    TD – No

    58

    8
    1. You could do a lot worse than Steele at F6. Will be handy throughout the year with his dual position status

      9

      1
    2. Don’t know where you pulled those stats from, but Steele is nowhere near the 7th highest average FWD option. Including all players that are FWD eligible, he’s about 18th:

Wallis, Yeo, Waite, Pedersen, Greenwood, Macrae, Nankervis, Kennedy, Dahlhaus, Heeney, Cameron, Ryder, Dixon, Riewoldt, Greene, McKernan and Franklin are ALL averaging higher than him. Yes, you could knock out a few of those from injury or because they’re rookies, but he’s still nowhere near the top of the crop.

      0

      16
      1. 7th ranked for total points not average. Pederson, Wallis, Waite, Nankervis, heeney, Riewoldt, Greene, Mckernan, Ryder and Dixon have all played less than 9 games.

        15

        0
  14. I have my eye on Pendles and Joelwood but holding fire to see Hutta’s rookie article tomorrow. Need rookies with good JS for coverage through the byes.

    6

    0
  15. Have one midfield spot left to upgrade. Dusty is looking a real bargain at current price but then all the good downgrade options are in the midfield too.

    2

    1
  16. Thinking of Marchbank to Ebert as a bit of a pod to get me through the byes.

    TU: You bloody genius Yiorgakis.
    TD: LOL

    11

    19
      1. Yeah. I can probably wait a week or two given his breakeven and re-assess. I picked him up in ~2012 for a tad over $300k and he averaged 100. Obviously expensive at $530k odd but his 110 ave this year has been very consistent to date. I think Boak’s poor season is helping him.

        3

        1
  17. Have no money in reserve and am considering a cash grab.

TU: Marchbank and Balic > McInnes and Lloyd/Greenwood 324k left
TD: WHE and Marchbank > Mcinnes and Jelwood 70k left

    5

    17
  18. Seeing as i’m 6k short on Rance and can’t get Howe/Hibberd due to there byes who would you trade in for Marchbank?

    Tu Harbrow
    Td Tuohy

    18

    14
  19. Will Macrae and Dahlhaus’ scores be affected with Wallis back in the side? (also have bont but hes a lock) . Is it worth trading out at least one of them (breaking the golden rule of dont trading a prem) in favour of someone playing round 11 and scoring higher.

TU – Stick with Macca and Dahl they’ll come good, Wallis wont affect their scores to much
TD – Trade one out, their scores will tank with Wallis back in, Ryder looks good.

    39

    1
    1. SmilingAssassin – don’t even think about trading Macrae and Dahl.

In a year where finding consistent forward premiums is tough, these two are “gifts sent from heaven” IMO.

They both play for a good side, and they both spend quite a nit of time in the middle.

I will be watching Wallis closely this week – to see if I should also bring him into my forward line after his bye.

      Good luck!!

      12

      1
  20. McGrath has a BE of 89 this week.

T/U: trade now while he’s at top dollar
T/D: hold until his round 13 bye

    14

    9
    1. He’s made the money everyone was hoping for at a minimum and with a BE of 73 he should plateau until his bye so you could probably look at offloading him then.

      8

      1
  21. Looking to upgrade Marchbank

TU: Marchbank + Otten >- Roberton + McInnes
TD: Marchbank + Otten >- Lloyd + McInnes

    4

    16
  22. What to do with Zak Jones ordinary couple of weeks
    High b/e & will drop a further $30k

TU trade him to Harbrow or Rance

    TD he will come good
    Thanks for your help

    8

    12
  23. This a bit a different spin on Trade talk.

My Brother has set up a Team purely focusing the Round 11 Bye gunning for a Round 11 Top 5 prize.

He only has 37k in the bank and now has all 102k rookies on the bench. Newman will be upgraded to Rance or Howe next week , but which player should be Downgraded to a cheaper player to get the funds to do that trade. Thinking Waite at this stage to Wingard or Lynch. All thoughts welcome.

    Here is his Team

    Backs – Laird , Adams , Shaw , Mackie , Newman , Otten

    Mids – Danger , Mitchell , Ablett , Pendles , Sloane , J.Kelly. , Martin , Wines.

    Rucks – Nankervis , Witts

    Fwds – Yeo , JJ Kennedy , Waite , Cameron , Higgins , Walters.

T- U This Team has a big show at Top 5 overall in Round 11

    T – D He is Dreaming.

    11

    8
    1. Did you not learn from your Matera mistake? Take a look at Walters’ scores previous to three rounds ago.

      10

      7
      1. It’s irrelevant. He’s got about 20 premos playing week 11 and only needs the top 18 scores so might as well go for a couple of speculative picks with high ceilings. Good luck to him TDA!

        8

        0
      2. If you look at the Draw for Round 11 Walter’s plays Collingwood at Domain Stadium.

Just like Weendog said you only need the Top 18 players and PODs with High Ceilings are vital if you are having a crack at this IMO.

I will post after Round 11 how it all worked out.

        9

        0
  24. Trying to work out if Jones is a keeper or not. If not, he probably goes out this week.

I’ve had a look at his stats and even Yeo would be proud of how yoyo they have been.

    103, 72, 115, 93, 143, 63 & 49.

The last two weeks have been horrendous for coaches, even though I thought he played quite well last week.

    His scores at the SCG however are 95, 103, 115 & 143!!!!

Guess where he is playing his next two games?

Anyway, I’ve only got 15 players playing in round 11, so looking at moving Barrett, Marchbank and/or Jones in the next two weeks to try and field a full side.

    Thoughts coaches?

T/U – Yup Jones time is up. He made you $156K. Cull him.
T/D – Wait – he’s a gun. He’ll tonne up at the SCG. Those stats dude!

    8

    16
    1. Thanks coaches…the 1-8 result so far does surprise me a bit. Will have to think long and hard about this one, as now is the best time to sell if he ain’t a keeper.

      0

      1
      1. Decided to go with the majority vote and make Jones D7 and a keeper. He promptly tons up at the SCG on cue. Cheers coaches.

        0

        0
  25. Getting rid of non-playing rookies, need McGrath and Otten for byes

    Pickett to D. Lloyd
    Eddy to Greenwood

    TU: Good idea
TD: McGrath and Otten need to go

    22

    0
  26. Who to get in???

Already have Tom Boyd, Jon Patton and Nick Robertson while carrying Zac Dawson on the pine.

What about Dalhaus (been a bit underwhelming) and Sloane (can’t fight through a tag) for Travis Cloke and Jesse Lonergan.

T/U Quality moves of a maestro
T/D Reconsider moving on Dalhaus and instead get red of Jack Macrae who truly isn’t consistent enough for my team.

    Thanks Fellas

    Happy supercoaching

    11

    2
    1. Or Execute both trades above leaving 440,000 remaining in the salary and with Witts/Newman potential downgrades in RD11 leaving approximately 1 million to bring in S Docherty, L Dahlhaus, J Macrae and T Adams over the next month.

      6

      1
  27. DEF: Doch – Laird – Adams – Marchbank – Newman (Stewart – Berry)

    MIDS: Danger – Sloane – Pendles – Kennedy – Fyfe – Heppell – SPP – Barrett (Fisher – Myers – Balic)

    RUCKS: Sandi – Nank (Lukehole)

FWDS: Dahl – Franklin – Nank – Roughead – WHE – Greenwood (Parsons – Eddy)

    Thinking of doing…

    Marchbank –> Hibberd
    Balic –> Lloyd

Leaves me with 302k for upgrades during the bye weeks.

    T/U – YES
    T/D – NO

    11

    0
  28. Thinking of a double downgrade this week (in readiness for a bye-buy up).

TU – McInnes & Ainsworth in for Marchbank & Balic

TD – better options (I don’t want to mess with my midfield unless a bench cash cow isn’t named, otherwise it would be Lloyd not Ainsworth)

    1

    2
  29. Bringing in Dusty and Ryder for Hampton and SPP.

I was going to keep SPP for the Bye rounds but Dusty works with his R12 bye.

After trades my on field team will beโ€ฆ

    DEF>>Doc / Laird / Simpson / Shaw / Otton / Berry.

    MID>> Danger / Neale / Sloane / Dusty / J.Sellwood / JPK / Fyfe / Steele.

    RUCK>> Sandi / Nank.

    FW>> Dollhouse / Greene / Ryder / Roughie / WHE / Parsons.

I plan to bring in Greenwood next week and swing Steele forward again.

I will be should be able to have 19/20 available next week.

    6

    1
  30. Trades this week involve trading out Marchbank & unfortunately Rockliff – need his cash to be able to do anything, especially as my Round 11 is diabolical
    TU: TRADE IN – J Howe & J Selwood
    TD: TRADE IN – J Harbrow & D Martin

Wishing that all the good defenders I want in my team didn’t all have the Round 11 bye.

    14

    3
  31. Thoughts?

    T/U C. Marchbank to F.McInnes
    T/D B.Eddy > H.Greenwood

= $339,100 in the kitty for 1.5 premiums next round.

    8

    4
    1. If Barrett can score 75 & Sloane doesn’t go over 110, it might just happen for you. (Not an exact science, just rough figures and calculations)………

      2

      0
  32. Thinking of bringing Pedersen in to shore up my painful forward line
(Yeo, Dalhaus, Macrae, Heeney… then Hannan, Butler, Parsons, Eddy)

Don’t have a lot of cash to through around and no other forward options look consistent

    TU or TD?

    1

    9
    1. Pederson has probably sailed. Only two more games for Melbourne before Gawn returns and adding him with Dahl, Macrae and Heeney won’t help with Rd11 bye either.

Thinking outside the box if you are short on cash, Tom Lynch (Adel) @ $408k could be an option. Got concussed in Rd7 and was slow Rd8 which is often a trend with concussed players but other than that he’s averaging 94.

Then there is the burn man himself, Shaun Higgins @ $445 if you were game. Has the handy bye, still averaging 92.3 despite 3 down games.

How much cash do you have? But I agree, upgrading one of those rookies would be wise this week.

      3

      0
      1. I forgot all about Gawn…thanks for that, I’ll definitely steer clear!!! And I’ve got nothing in the bank at the moment ๐Ÿ™

Anyway, now I have Sandilands out and Preuss on the bench with a Sunday game for North ๐Ÿ™ So new question:

T/U: Sandilands for S Martin, bank extra cash from a downgrade
T/D: Preuss for S Martin, bank no cash but have three playing ruckmen for future & downgrade Sandlilands later

        Cheers

        1

        1
    1. How are you travelling with Bye Structure? If you’ve held SPP this long, then his 60-75 will come in handy over the next few weeks. No other way to get Selwood in?

      2

      0
      1. Cheers Adam & Schwarzy,

Looking at a 19 / 23 / 18 structure over the bye rounds after these trades, would like to keep SPP but I need the $$$$ to get Duckwood in!

        1

        0
  33. Hello Fantasy Fortune Tellers

T/U Hibberd = bargain… is a dead set D6 and Newman gets dropped after scoring another 150+ because Melican is in Horse’s SC team.

T/D Docherty, if you see an opportunity to get him, just do it as it’s going to get harder. Hibberd’s bye hurts and Lloyd would seem the better option given he is in Horse’s SC Team also.

    1

    19
  34. Trade for next week
tu – downgrade hosky to greenwood (can swap greenwood and Dahl to put him in fwd)
    Td – should upgrade hosky

    1

    5
    1. Hoskin-E playing against Bris this week and Greenwood’s price won’t change just yet………maybe give it another week?

      8

      0
    1. Two rookies that have done their job being replaced by the must-have DEF…….always a good move!

      1

      0
  35. I’d pick up Hibberd if he didn’t have his bye next week.

Marchbank to McInnes if picked and Taranto to Pendles.

I know Taranto is still doing ok, but just have to take this opportunity to get Pendles at a good price.

    2

    0
  36. i have 480,000 for a fwd
    already have tex walker
michael walters been in good form, but not convinced

who do you think is my best option?

    0

    6
  37. I have 81k cash

    McInnes (if named) for Marchbank

Should I go Rance or Docherty for Otten??

Rance has round 12 bye and Docherty has Round 11

    0

    8
  38. Sandilands being out is annoying.

thinking Preuss > Strnadica and swing Nank to rucks which means I have Parsons score on field rather than a donut.

    11

    0
    1. That’s exactly what I think I will have to do – I was going to make that ruck change next week for the byes anyway – Sucks that I miss out on an upgrade elsewhere this week….

      0

      0
  39. With Sandi out, which option is best?

TU: Bench him and swing Nank into Ruck, hopefully he’s back next week
TD: Trade him to Ryder who is playing through all coming bye weeks

    14

    3
  40. Thinking my solution to the Sandi mess and to keep in line with planned upgrades…

    Marchbank -> McInnis
Preuss -> D. Martin (or Sloane)

This would leave Butler on field and safe for another week (as well as Otten). Rucks will be Sandi, Nank and Martin with 2 playing each week over the byes meaning (in theory) cover isn’t needed until post bye

    4

    0
  41. With Sandi out, and forgetting about the relevance of their byes, who should I trade Balic to:

    t / up S Martin $528K / Aver = 108 / BE = 78
    t / down S Mumford $526.6K / Aver = 106 / BE = 87

    Comment: Goldy $519.3K / Aver = 96 / BE = 63

Nank will then go back into my forwards when Sandi returns.

    11

    0
    1. Goldstein. Rd 12 bye and isn’t injury prone like the aforementioned duo above as well as boasting 2 110+ season averages in the past 2 years.

      5

      2
      1. Adam – thanks for this!!

I like this option. Have had Goldy in my team for the past few years, and you are correct – he is super durable, and pretty consistent.

He also has a good run during the 4 weeks of the SC finals.

My only issue with him is Preuss. He always seems to be named as a EMG, and will Scott try to get some games into Preuss at some stage this year???

Be interested to hear any thoughts from this wonderful community on this – as it looks like S Martin and Mummy will be “lone wolf rucks” all year.

        1

        0
  42. With Sandi out and not having strnadica in the side i was thinking;

TU: Trade Preuss to Ryder, bench sandi then swapping ryder into the forward when Sandi returns trading eddy/parsons/other forward to some suitable bench ruckman

TD: Pruess to strnadica, Nanks to ruck, field parsons

    9

    2
  43. originally planning SPP to Selwood/Pendles and Marchbank to McInnes/Perryman, now that Sandi is injured, gotta consider other options to avoid a donut
TU: Sandi to Selwood/Pendles and Marchbank to McInnes/Perryman (won’t have to field Parsons)
TD: Preuss to Strnadica and Marchbank to Rance (swing Nank to ruck and field Parsons)

    2

    8
  44. Running with these trades at the moment which suits the byes structure for me
    Butler>D.Lloyd via Balic
    Marcbank>J.Lloyd

    Next week
Balic>Greenwood and bank the 140k to trade in a fallen premium the week after

    TU: Sounds like a plan
    TD: Reconsider

    6

    1
    1. I’d look to trade around him, doubt he’ll lose much more value over the next 3 weeks and could be handy cover until at least his R13 bye.

      2

      0
  45. Is is worth me going
    Preuss -> Soldo
    Balic -> Danger

    1. Danger alone makes me like this trade. Avoid missing out on Danger before it’s too late AND avoid a donut, makes sense!

  46. Out: Sandiland & Marchbank
    In: Martin & Hibberd

Feels wrong bringing in 2 players before their bye, but price point, donut risk (thanks sandi/houston) and bye structure suits. This way I’ll field (injury permitting) 2 rucks each bye round with DPP Nank.
Also I’m personally a big fan of Hibberd and think he’ll not only maintain but improve current scoring!

T/U: Get ’em in now- no donut and save 20-40k going now on Marchbank to Hibberd.

T/D: Bringing in blokes a week before their bye, turn it up…

  47. I could go balic to llyod (gws) and marchbank to hibbered and think about getting greenwood next week for eddy but I will cop a 0 unless press’s plays
In coming weeks was planing on
Picking up nank for preuss to give me some ruck cover ( sandi and goldy) am a stupid for trading sandi to nank to then in a few weeks go preuss to sandi
    TU stupid
TU do what you have to

  48. I know that this is SuperCoach Talk, but does anybody here know if it’s best-18 or full-22 scoring during the byes in AFL Fantasy this year?

  49. In the interests of bye balance (and also as a cash grab), I’m looking at bringing in the best two of the following three:

      1. Jack – is D Lloyd a certainty to play this week?

I posted the below comment in the round 10 teams thread:

I want to trade SPP out for D Lloyd this week. Trading out SPP is OK for my bye structure, and he the only way that I can get Lloyd rather than the other bubble boys in McInnes / Stewart (who I feel both have poorer JS).

However, I have a strong feeling that D Lloyd is going to be named on the 7 man interchange bench for GWS.

Therefore, if I want to get D Lloyd in tonight, I will probably have to take the punt that D Lloyd is actually going to survive the cut and play this week.

Given that Stevie J and Lobb are now also out of the GWS team from last week, you would think that D Lloyd keeps his place โ€“ but I never like to trade in a player unless that are named in the team for their third game.

At least that way you are guaranteed to make some money from them.

T / up Get Lloyd in tonight โ€“ even if he is named on the 7 man bench.
t / down If Lloyd is named on the 7 man bench, go for another downgrade option (eg Marchbank to McInnes)

  50. Are we able to make trades after the game tonight begins? Ie. pending team selections tonight & tomorrow

    1. Or is it moreso that we can make trades all throughout the round but the reverse trades option is not available after the first game in the round starts?

      1. If you have made any trades by bouncedown game 1, you can no longer reverse. You can however continue to trade throughout the round if you haven’t used them yet however players will be locked out once their game starts.

        1. Thanks Hutta.

Makes sense to do trades tomorrow after the full teams are announced so long as they don’t involve any GEE or PTA players.

  51. Just wanting a head count on who’s bringing in McInnes this week if named. I want to down grade Otten but his JS could be average with Petrie and Lycett coming back into the team in the coming weeks add into it the bye round 12 which could mean getting dropped for round 13 its a bit of a head scratcher plus he’s a little more expensive at 155k

    TU Im brining him in
    TD Too risky for me
Comment Perryman is the way to get rid of Otten next week

  52. Looking to trade Marchbank out due to bleeding cash as well as a round 11 bye, looking for a rookie to downgrade to;

TU: McInnes, on the bubble and has good bye

TD: Perryman??? McInnes JS to questionable

Don’t see many other defensive rookies that are worth bringing in above these two, besides 1 gamers that im hesitant to go on.

  53. Who is a better downgrade option in the *forward* line:

    TU) McInnes | WCE | D/F | $155k | BE -41
Scores: 67 vs. WBD, 66 vs. ESS
    Next: GWS, GCS, Bye, GEE

    TD) J.Stewart | ESS | Fwd | $170k | BE -42
Scores: 91 vs. GEE, 51 vs. WCE
    Next: RIC, GWS, PTA, Bye

What are people’s thoughts on job security for these two guys?

  54. Ryder as a possible F6? (Considering this as a pruess replacement because Sandi is out, option to swing him in during the byes with Nank)

    TU – Go for it
TD – Strnadica as originally planned – take the money and run

  55. any inside info on sandi’s injury? i’ll cop a donut without either trading him for a ruck or going early on greenwood in the forwards. if it’s really only a week i’ll hold but I’m worried it could be a couple of weeks then he’s got the round 13 bye, so maybe it’s time to trade…..
    T/U sandi for goldstein/ryder
    T/D butler for greenwood

  56. I need a forward/ruck link as Sandi is out.
    My final F6 position.

T/U Ryder… has a great finals rounds later in the year. 3 homes games out of 4. Traveling well.

T/D Nankervis… Lone ruckman at Tigers, travelling well too.

    Thoughts?

    1. I’ve taken the risk Regis.
There’s not too many quality forwards and you need to take a risk at a good price to get anywhere this year.

I like it but at the same time I’m well aware it’s just as likely to blow up in my face

  57. Can Michael Walters hold this form and become a top 6 Forward ?
Starting to get a lot more footy and could be a good buy & POD.

  58. Can I just say as an eagles supporter. Do not bring McInnis in. Petrie is back from injury, Lycett 2 weeks away. Will most likely get dropped this week or next.

    1. Depends what fits you bye structure better, Marchbank is at a higher price, is easier to upgrade and has a higher breakeven, Otten has Jenkins coming back into the team which effects his scoring output

  59. Balic to James Stewart, Marchbank to any defender (thinking Michael Hurley because POD)

    T/up – Yes

    T/down – No

    Upgrading one defender, downgrading another.

Not sure which defender I should downgrade to because all of my options are getting omitted

TD – cop the possible cash loss and upgrade to Docherty/Roberton/Lloyd in Rd 12

Thumbs up – J Loyd (sydney)
    or
Thumbs down – Alex Rance (Richmond)

  64. Hi guys
    I have Sandi nank (Pruess)
My ruck plans were to wait till Gawn had returned and dropped in price, then trade Pruess -> Gawn and Balic or Eddy ->Strandica to open up the ruck swing. However the inevitable has happened and Sandi is out so I have two options

Option 1 Trade Sandi or Pruess to either Mummy or Martin (Not sold on either especially as Archie smith is listed as an emergency)

Option 2 Hold off the trades and take the donut hoping that Sandi is back next week and that Pruess actually plays this week. STICK TO THE PLAN (Could do other upgrades this week instead)

  65. marchbank out this week or next for me. disregarding price drops/rises who is will score the most from now on-
T/U tuohy (will wait till next week)
    T/D hibberd (will go now)

  66. Sandi out, no cover

    T/U: Sandi to Goldy

T/D Preuss to English for cover and then I can go my original plan for this week Otten to Lloyd/Hibberd.

  67. Out on the lash tonight, so i cant do my usual 4am rise to sort the team out. Had to go early so hope there is no late changes!

Marchbank to Scharenberg (if that’s how you spell it) and Taranto to Pendles.

Scharenberg will be on the pine but I needed to do something to get the cash for Pendles
