good to see our Buddy in there!
J. Brown scored 262 R7 2006, BL vs HW, he got 173 DT.
Oohed kicked 13 and had 26 disposals and only made 262
Buckley in there twice…GUN! Would have a few more from the mid 90’s too I’m sure
Any idea what the best ever weekly team score is?
You should add that buddy’s score is the only one in which the 3300 points rule came in so it’s harder to score such a high score. I think it started in 2010. It only allows 3300 sc points dished out per game
There are some obvious omissions:
1. G. Ablett Snr: 30 Disposals (26 Kicks + 4 Handballs), 14 Marks, 14 Goals 2 Behinds, 1 Free for, 2 Frees against and 1 tackle v Richmond back in 1989 (I was at the game!)
2. G Ablett Snr: 25 Disposals (all kicks!), 12 Marks, 14 Goals 7 Behinds, 6 Frees for 2 Against v Essendon in 1993.
Take off your Geelong scarf buddy, Ablett Snr was a shadow of a man among the greats like Aaron Davey, Scott McMahon, and Tarkyn Lockyer.
247 by Matthew Richardson, R21 2006, RI vs ES: 189 DT.
230 by Jonathan Brown, R6 2005, BL vs ES: 145 DT.
227 by Josh Drummond, R10 2007, BL vs RI: 135 DT.
226 by Adam Goodes, R18 2005, SY vs AD: 142 DT.
225 by Daniel Kerr, R1 2007, WC vs SY: 110 DT.
219 by Fraser Gehrig, R20 2007, SK vs FR: 119 DT.
What did Dunstall score?

Hmmm Doesn’t state any stipulation that it’s contained to just AFL matches(although ONLY AFL matches are listed) 😀

Buckley top and features twice. God.
I still remember that beautiful day Captain Ablett gave me over 500 points all by himself (unfortunately everybody else would have had him as captain too). To put that in perspective, that would be almost HALF of my team’s scores over some of the recent bye rounds … incredible !!
Can’t believe that Nathan Grima wasn’t included in this list. Get off your high horse and analyse some real stats. Turn it up.
If those scores indicated grams of speed and cocaine, Ben Cousins would have the top 10 all to himself. CARN MY EAGLES
Cannot believe players of the Footscray Football Club are not already in this, if Marcus Bontempelli is not in this, Supercoach is fucked. He will be the youngest player to win the prestigious Brownlow Medal, as being the youngest to captain an AFL side and one of the best players in the league, if he does not win a Brownlow by 2018, Leonardo Di Caprio will never get his Oscar for his performance in the extravagant movie Titanic.
