  1. Should I feel like a nuffy if my bloke isn’t in the poll? It’s Sheppard …. Although he might be substituted with Waters depending on starting line-ups.

  2. I’ve got Waters in the number 7 slot. I’ve also got Hunt and Polak in at 5 and 6 with Maguire and Sheppard my boys on the pine!

I think my biggest problem will come later on in the year when these blokes have made me a few bucks – Will I keep one/all of them or trade up for someone else?

    1. Shaneo thats probably one too many cheapie defenders in your starting line-up. I have Ladson and waters but rest of starters are over 450k

  3. Andrejs Everitt at 280k could be a smokey showed a bit in the NAB and the doggies give him the No. 3 jumper last season.

  4. Brett Jones – injury interrupted 2009, averaged 80 in 08/07, zones off, works well with Glass and Hurn, makes good disposal decisions/execution, likely to fill the Wirra role and Hurn will get more attention. At 233K is a definate improver.

    1. The injuries worry me, Deano. Really worry me. Big risk but could be big reward. Then again it could be big risk for not much reward at all.

  5. Fair enough, however the same can be said for Ladson/Waters/Hunt/Maguire/Malceski etc WRT the injury vs risk analysis (guess) and its only Ladson who has averaged over 80 for an extended period (My D6). Muddy worries me with the move up forward, his knee preseason and lack of leg speed. I acknowledge he is highly regarded at the club however Suma has indicated that they will endeavour to play Kerr/Shuey/Masten/Swift up there as part of the midfield rotation.

  6. Whilst on defenders, what’re your thoughts on Scott Stevens now that it appears Craig will play him in the Otten rebounding role of last year. Scored well when he covered for Bock after rd 17 last year and with the Crows high posession style and stability of position, what are the chances he can he give me a 90 average?

  7. Mat Magurie – And he has been a “very naughty” boy and copped a 1 match suspension for an accidental bump to the head of Jude Bolton. I just cant work this tribunal out.

Sounds like “sour grapes” doesn’t it.
