      1. Nooooooo ….. worst fallen premium ever!! Okay, maybe not EVER, but damn that’s frustrating if that turns out to be true.

    1. Tex Walker just let the cat out of the bag on the Footy Show, Crouch has done a hammy!

Could be back next week, or the next!!!!

  1. Garlett or Barry not to be named. Not gonna make me any money anyway, and I need someone to loophole so that I can VC Macrae!

  2. On behalf of those coaches who still own Jack Billings (I don’t, i burnt that bridge a while back), please drop him to the ressies. Force our hand and make us trade him out rather than flittering on collecting potato like scores each week whilst we hope against hope in stubborn opinion that his form will surely turn around ‘next week’.

  3. Not so much from a SuperCoach perspective but a North member viewpoint, bring on Ahern.

From a SuperCoach perspective, Brad Scott, can you leave Ahern for two more weeks so he’ll be on the bubble as he comes out of his bye.

    Ah, the turmoil of SuperCoach.

  4. Well well well. Matt Crouch being out certainly puts me in a quandry.

Who do I now put on the field. Lets go with averages:
Guelfi (via some DPPing) avg 68
    Holman avg 67.88
    Spargo avg 69.33

    Mmm…well that really helped

  5. With a breakeven of 162, how much will Walters’ price drop by if he scores 100, 80, 60? Very tempting……

      1. yeah I fear a lot of people will pick him up in a couple of week, couldn’t happen at a worse time of year for owners

    1. Walters can certainly wait for two weeks, same as last year.

Twos cores of 80 will see his price drop to $423,000 and $389,000 after round 9 & 10 respectively.

Scores of 100 will see his price around the $412,000 mark with a breakeven of around 49 entering round 11.

  6. Which 2 fwds should I bench?

Mclean, Heeney, Billings, Fritsch, Henry, Ronke, Spargo, Guelfi

    TU: Henry, Guelfi
    TD: Henry, Spargo

  7. So happy that buddy is back, thought he was gonna be out for all the games against the bottom three but he’s back and ready to kick some goals!!!!!!

  8. Hmm, Acres being out for a month has put operation get danger back a week.
    Current Midfield:
Fyfe, Mitchell, Pendles, Cripps, Zerret,Cogs,Parker, Kelly .
I’m getting in Robbie Gray and Yeo this week for Acres and Finlayson. Will it be worth trading Kelly for Danger next week or should I still be concerntrating on getting rid of Billings and fixing the fwd line.?

    2

    2
    1. Robbie Gray has his bye next week. With a breakeven of 110 he shouldn’t go up in price too much so maybe get him after his bye. I wouldn’t trade Kelly out since you’ve already come this far.

      3

      1
    1. hey BlueBalls
Doedee: if you keep him, are you planning on keeping him ’til his bye? If not, then the question you have to ask yourself is, “will he score 90+ this week?” If you don’t think he will, then trade him out now. Naughton can wait as his price won’t change ’til he’s back from injury.
IN options: don’t particularly like either’s JS, but if I had to pick one I’d go Keeffe, simply because his DPP suits Sicily. If you don’t have Sicily, you could do worse than simply toss a coin!!

If you don’t NEED to trade this week, you could always wait and see how Cumming goes this week, along with three/four other DEF debutants named this week.

Personally I am waiting because I’m not convinced by either and with L Murphy selected this week, I now have cover on my bench. I’m sticking with Doedee until his bye. He may go down this week, but will recover the value by then if his scoring doesn’t fall off a cliff!

      1. Cheers for the feedback folks.

Trade 1 this week is Banfield to Oliver. Locked in.

Plan is to ditch Henry next week for Phillips via Spargo.

I think i’ll play it safe and downgrade Doedee this week too. Gives me enough cash in the bank that I can upgrade Richards to whoever I want if his price looks like stalling, or if he gives us another decent score I can upgrade Naughton or Murray instead.

        1

        0
        1. Gives me a team that looks like this:

Laird, Sicily, Savage, Murray, Richards, Murphy (Keeffe, Naughton)
Macrae, Fyfe, Mitchell, Oliver, Cripps, Martin, Coniglio, Kelly (Holman, Spargo, Mutch)
          Grundy, Gawn (Olango)
Gray, McLean, Mundy, Smith, Curnow, Fritsch (Henry, Guelfi)

          $270k in the bank.
          16 trades left.

Next week, Henry to Phillips, Defensive upgrade (Simpson?)

Eyeing off Danger or Crouch for the last mid spot.
Heeney or Buddy for the last forward spot.
Yeo and Hurley for the last backline spots.

          1

          0
  9. If this was your team what would you do
    (Including trade or not trade)
    Laird,simpson,sicily,doedee,murray,cole
    (Hurley,mirra)
    Cripps,mitchell,bont,coniglio,whitfield,parker, t kelly,walters (filling crouch spot)
    (Crouch,brayshaw,banfield)
    Gawn,nank (olango)
    Mclean,heeney,smith,tracca,frisch,guelfi
(Henry, spargo) walters back in fwd next week.
Im not trying to win supercoach australia just have the strongest team into finals in my group, im on top now.
Not sure what i should do first and when right now……any advice would be great!!!

      1. Of the eight named:
you’d think one of Howe and Cousins (both taggers) doesn’t make it.
Langford and O’Brien both ought to be dropped.
Puopolo will play if he’s fit.

Tough one, but probably between him and Whitecross you’d think.

        0

        1
    1. have you got an easy game this week? If so, you can probably cop a donut if Nank isn’t selected, as you don’t have enough cash to make a meaningful trade.

could always do an accompanying downgrade to free up some cash should you need/wish to address that when sides are named for Sunday.

personally i’d get rid of petracca, but that’s just me.

      0

      1
      1. I considered removing petracca or trying to upgrade him with banfield cash had around 500k didnt feel that got quality.
I did consider t kelly to oliver as well as oliver will go up 20-40 kelly would have 20-30 left?
Wasnt sure if i should rush to move anyone on or rush to get someone in or just wait….

        0

        1
        1. you could always swing Sicily forward as that sort of cash gives you decent options in the DEF line. FWDs is in the too-hard-basket for me right now. No-one putting their hand up apart from the obvious with his imminent bye.

          0

          1. Besides yeo which is a definate .. in looking through i think Jonas would be a solid choice (imminant bye) mr consistant…Howe yes/maybe/could be although is he injured?
