Two thoughts:
1. Carlton’s performance against the Bulldogs last year is no longer the most humiliating defeat in AFLW history.
2. Please tell me we don’t have to play Adelaide in our Prelim next week!

Well, that’s made for an interesting Sunday…
• Carlton almost managed to lose the unlosable (we were up 5.5.35 to 0.7.7 at three-quarter time).
• Prespakis posted her first sub-100 score (still a handy 94, though).
• And Collingwood finally won a game.
Good news and bad news.
The bad news is that the AFL has changed its AFLW stats website, and I can no longer get individual player stats. I’ve raised this with them via email; I’m hoping it’s temporary. What this means is that, for the time being at least, I won’t be able to bring you scores from the finals.
But I at least have all the data from the home and away season, so our fantasy competition isn’t compromised. Speaking of which, you can expect to see the final leaderboard and head-to-head results sometime next week.
And now the good news….
CARLTON IS INTO THE GRAND FINAL!!!!
Carlton 9.10.64 belted Fremantle 4.4.28. GO GIRLS!
