  1. oh goodie – here’s the thread!!

I think it looks like no late changes folks … all the key SC players seem to have been named
    Grundy
    Simpkin
    Anderson
    Ruscoe
    McKay
    Cameron
some with Hosie maybe … and the really in trouble ones with M Cox!!!

      1. Grundy Goldie and Simpkin for me with Cameron riding the pine … wish I had listened to Freo’s thoughts a couple of weeks ago and gone NicNat instead of Goldie at the time … Goldie had that weird game with minimal stoppages, was OK last round, and thus far with the way this game is going, it not looking like a lot of stoppages again …. he could have at least kicked that bl00dy goal just then!!

  2. And folks, because I was such a slacko and because I had an error in the Bye PLanner files last round, I’m planning on doing another version this week as I have a couple of days before the round starts – so I’ll make sure the files are up to date and you will then have current data on prices / BE’s etc … at least for the next round!!

        1. the one thing he is good at is a pretty solid set shot at goal … teams have to use him well and he also has to make sure he contests hard and if he cant mark it, get it to ground better …

  3. surely Maynard is getting stats from some of his other defenders ,… there’s no way he’s gotten possies thus far and at 93% DE to boot mind you

  4. Not sure if Simpkins ankle has come good but he is managing to hit targets or at least handball so he has to kick less

  5. Dreadful game. Half time scores shows Pies leading by 5 points in a game they need to win but look every chance of losing and being bundled out of the finals by a team sitting 17th on the ladder. Their skills tonight are dreadful and God knows why they are playing Cox & Cameron – I wouldn’t have either. Rant over.

  6. He won’t hit 100 – anyone I trade in, is crap the week I get them in. This week was Goldy. Last week was Merrett (97) and Brayshaw (67), R11 was Titch (102) and R10 was Stewart (68). Next week I’ll be selfless and not trade in any premiums, just to help all you guys out…

    1. Threw a huge hail Mary for desperate league win, Grundy to goldy chasing points. Grundy average , goldy worse . Blah blah .

  7. Looks like mason cox is taking Darcy Cameron’s minutes and chances for scoring. I’ve seen more enjoyable games of footy as well just quietly.

      1. Yeah just saying he takes his opportunites for marks close to goal which is where cameron scores most of his points. Cox just doesnt mark the ball as seen in his 1 mark all game lol. I chose to not field Bell as I thought surely Cameron scores more than 38. Oh well hopefully getting rid of all my bad luck this round!

  8. scorers are having a laugh with how they score other rucks though … honestly, talk about inconsistent scoring and ‘favourites’…. Goldy with 22 HO 2 tackles, 3 CPs and a free for and only 48 points??? seriously??

  9. I needed Goldy to score 37 in second half to win one of my matchups and make finals.Think he only got 7 that quarter!

  10. Geez, Mayne looks like he is straight out of an 80’s girl rock glam band with that tape around his head…

Thought I had fallen asleep and was watching rage in the middle of the night…..

Ps this game is complete shite

  11. hit out to advantage for Goldy just then on 2:27 left – not paid … then, 30 secs later CP – and handball … still not paid … he was also similiarly not scored in the first half … this is deliberate BS scoring by CD on him … he was on 52 and still sits on 53 at final siren ,… it’s just BS!!!

    1. whoever gives the thumbs down … try watching the match and the scoring. That was pure BS scoring on Goldie tonight. In confirms for me that CD manipulate the scoring on players for how they want

      1. as an example, just those plays on the scoring system on the site score as this:
Hitout to advantage – 5 points
Tackle / CP to win that ball – 4 points
        Effective handball – 1.5 points

At that point in time, at a minimum, Goldies score should have gone from where it was sitting at 52 points to 62 points. It only increased to 53.

After the match was finished, he received some scaling, along with a lot of other players to 57 points … he’s just got another point now … so basically for that series of plays he received 1 point for something he should have received 10 … and he did nothing in that period to lose any points …

This happened to him several times throughout the night. There was no way he could have been only on 41 points at HT or 48 points at 3/4 time …

I have sent this to their contact me page … doubtful they even acknowledge it … but the more people that note things and send in complaints, its the only chance you have to get them to take stock that us, the players, that they rely on to be engaged actually care and watch what they are doing.

  12. Had a mate needing a win to scrape into finals. He had Cameron + 88 points.

    Vs
Goldy and Nobel. Pre scaling he wins by a point

He is one of the better teams in our company and I do t want him to make the 8

  14. Really wishing I’d traded in Nic Nac this week instead of Goldy, may have actually won a league match. Or even taken Draper off the bench and played him at R2, which didn’t work the week before when I traded out Gawn. Fairly sure I will lose all 10 this week. So over this season.
