Game Notes: The Suns and Power will create history when they become the first teams to play for premiership points outside Australia or New Zealand. But aside from the historic nature of the contest, the game also has big early-season ramifications for both clubs. Gold Coast is fresh off a convincing 25-point win over Geelong to get its season back on track and can square their ledger at 4-4 with a win over the Power. The return of co-captain Steven May and midfield dynamo David Swallow was huge against the Cats, as the Suns got contributions from all players. Port Adelaide had a slip-up against West Coast, bringing them back to a 4-3 win-loss record, and desperately need a win to re-establish themselves as finals contenders. There are mouth-watering contests all over the ground led by influential ruckmen Jarrod Witts and Paddy Ryder. This should be a tight contest, with the winner no doubt being able to enjoy their bye the following week.
Huttabito’s Tip: Gold Coast by 20 points

Is SPP worth holding as cover through the byes?
Can anyone tell me what his BE will be after this weekend?
Low to mid 50s
Considering the same.
Having a horror year tradibg out Newman to Berry over Hampton. Not only miss his score and what looks like coukd be a good on field rookie going forward , but vital cashflow.
Bloody hell it is a brutal game Supercoach and , makes you pay for bad decisions.
This all to go with trsding out WHE , Taranto and SPS early. That goes with not starting with one of the top 3 scoring backmen Docherty , Laird or Adams.
Bad decision after bad decision.
Playing worse than my rookie year.
Bring on next year if i can raise the coursge to go around.
Yeah a bit p##### off , but after all it is only a game. Things could be worse i could be in a relationship with a women going thru Menopause oh hang on i am.
Rant over.
That is how well i am going posted it under the wrong game thread.
