Game Chat – GWS v Richmond

Written by Chaos Theory on June 4 2023

Greater Western Sydney v Richmond at Giants Stadium, 1.10pm AEST

A lot of coaches will be hoping that their latest trade-in Kieren Briggs can continue with his tons and become a neccessary cash cow.

GWS also have the popular Tom Green andStephen Coniglio.

Richmond’s  popular Tim Taranto holds many hopes here.

  2. That was a close one… I got my S. Ryan -> Briggs trade done a mere 42 seconds before kickoff.

  3. How frustrating are Green, Cogs and Taranto, so much ball but DE is just consistently holding back big scores

    1. Is that a role change or just in game tweak? What is different? What are we missing? I like the thought of bringing in Himmelberg in the run home like last year

      1. He’s played down back bit by bit this year, Jeannot. Had a couple of full/majority games down back over the last month.

Not as freed up as last year though. With Taylor and Cumming out, all the GWS defenders are playing up a target and HBerg is sorta supporting against the 3rd tall.

  4. Green and Cogs being absolute slobs. Flagged by Jet before.

If T. Young could outscore De Goey that’d be sweet on my end lol.
