  • Out: Brayshaw (Om.), Pedersen (Om.), Garland (Om.), Garland (ankle).

Game notes: After defeating the talented Giants, the Demons seemed on the improve but as they tend to do, they forgot to turn up a week later. And then after losing to the Bombers, Paul Roos said the players were tired! What? It’s round 2!

The Kangaroos have finally managed to win their first 2 games of the year and should make that 3 straight with a comfortable win over the Demons in Tassie today.

Thommo’s tip: Kangaroos by 36 points.

    1. Yup very happy with the rucks – but disappointed with my new recruit Kennedy. Barely score half his average! Sigh.

      1. Same same. Great that our expensive rucks have come up trumps. Don’t worry about B Kennedy. Everyone will have BKen, so it is similar to when Brisbane beat Geelong in your tips – it does not matter as everyone is equal.

  6. 3 from 3 in 3 different states to the start the season. Sandi less Freo next week then two massive games against Gold Coast and the Doggies.

If that last kick had gone through for a goal they’re would’ve been a huge story. Swear he kicked that AFTER the siren.

  7. Of course the Dees play 100x better when I’m out with my folks for the whole afternoon!!! Just watched the last 2 mins of the game. So close… Gawn will be happy with his effort and against the one ruck he’s singled out as the ruck he wants to beat. He’ll ride this one for weeks.

And so the rollercoaster continues for Demons fans…
