VC Dangerfield hasn’t worked. Gawn has a terrible record against Brisbane, and Grundy has been so-so against good tap ruckmen like Goldstein.
Thoughts on captaining Lycett vs the Bulldogs?

Yeah…. he’s got the C for now. It might change before the lockout, but it will probably stay on him.
What I find funny is that my two tu/td polls on this (in separate threads) have gone in complete opposite directions in terms of results.
I voted down initially but the more I think about it, I don’t think it’s a bad idea. Risky, sure but the Bulldogs leak a lot of ruck points.

I need to decide the same. Maybe watch game if you can and if Sicily is starting fwd, quickly switch to Logue.
Mentioned this in the game thread last night and after seious consideration i’m contemplating it.
Currently have Grundy, Goldy, ROB with Bines at F8. For info, my F6 is currently Rozee with spud Young at F7. Thinking of trading Goldy to Lycett. Would make a ruck line of Grundy, ROB and Bines with Lycett at F6 with Rozee F7 and Young at F8 allowing loophole action.
Taking a punt on ROB at R2 is a risk i don’t mind and having a DPP swing as coverage sits comfortably with me but my real issue is Lycett. If he can sustain a 90+ avg I’ll be happy. He’s got a favourable draw too. Hmmmm…

If Gawn does have a comparatively poor one this week, you might be in a position to straight swap in a couple of weeks.
Either way, I just bought Lycett in for Rockliff! Think he could go huge this week and leaves me with enough for two straight upgrades next week with a defent loophole on ALL lines to maximise onfield pts each week. Full premo with 5 trades left week after next. Better late than never!

What could go wrong you say? Their names are Suace Jacobs and Paddy Ryder. If/when they return I could be in trouble.
Think I’m going to go with the trade though. Need to do it by the start of the West Coast game so I can swing Bines to R2 for the week to take ROBs score from last night.
Hey AS, Rocky got 57 possies and 12 tackles today in the SANFL. Just sayin……..
PS. It was against the bottom side and I’m just trying to convince myself, as I’ve held him.
I saw that. Lycett gave me 163 SC pts this week. Rockliff would’ve given me 63 or worse (Clarke or Bewley’s score). 100 pts up already for les than $20k. Lycett will be $80k more next week and likely another 80 more the next!
I need to continue to be uber aggressive if I’m to have any chance getting to a high overall and have the trades to do it, so why not?!
Yeah, good call now with Lycetts score.
I’m way past worrying about overall and low on trades, so hence keeping Rocky and looking for silver linings. Haha!
