  1. Best score of the year 2508/Goldy

Still could pull 2 upgrades as well, so hopefully I’m hitting top form at the best part of the season. Plan to win leagues from 6th or 7th

  2. 2619 / Sir Todd Goldstein

    Best score of the season!!

Won all my league games but the results haven’t fallen my way and I haven’t made finals in LoEC3 despite winning the last 7 on the trot.

Heroes are too many to mention with 16 guys getting tons but loading up on Bulldogs players in the back half of the season is working pretty nicely.

Very happy with the score. Should help my o/a standing (62nd). If i can make it to 40th & only say 400 points from the leader then who knows…. – maybe the dream is alive after all.
Got double chance in all leagues. Looking forward to the finals & that will still be my priority & let o/a take care of itself (as top 10 finish still unlikely).
Selwood & Hodge did well on debut. Hopefully Fyfe is back this week.

Ecstatic, terrific team performance (except you Tom McDonald). One of my best scores in my short SC career.
Top 4 in half my leagues, I guess I’ll have some cut-throat games next week.

Not sure how high I will jump up by (~1200th atm)

Ward and McDonald the only real disappointments in the squad. Having Steele as sub messed with my plans and I wish I swapped him into the FWDs for Lambert in the MIDs while I had the chance, but oh well. Ended up with Josh Glenn’s 45 which was only a 41 point differential from Lambert’s score so I shouldn’t be so annoyed about it. 3 trades left and finals to come, should be fun.

  7. 2438/Goldstein.
A pity poor Ollie Wines has hurt himself again. He and Glen (my Fyfe replacement) were the only major blemishes.
I think I’m about 7th or 8th in most leagues so can’t complain.
Big shout out to Heath Shaw for a stellar season to date. Who would have thought he’d be the best defender in most teams?

  8. 2493/Goldi

Best score for the season and ironically didn’t need it this week – couldn’t be knocked from top 4 in 3/4 leagues, (missed out in LoEC1).
Plenty of heroes (13 tons) but Goldi, Jelwood and Missy the goods. Dudded spudders this week Nic Nat, Danger, Sidey, Harry T and Smith.

Might try and engineer Heater in this week, depending on prices and changes.

    Good score
Will finish second in my main league and my last 2 trades to go on beams and wines gonna have to hope for no injuries
Lucky enough my main league is fairly weak

  10. 2416/Goldy

Won 8 out of 10 league games and made finals in 8 leagues with 6 top 4 finishes. Finished 3rd in LOEC4.

The disappointment was losing by 2pts this week in a league I won last year , and that team finishing 8th resulting in my team unable to defend last years title..

Injuries to Wines and Beams means 2 trades this week and with concerns over Franklin and Fyfe not an ideal lead up to finals.

All fell apart on Sunday again (what is it with that?)
Looked respectable despite a few under-performers, but the Wines injury & Steele’s green vest on the one occasion I actually needed him ruined what could’ve been an ok score.
Have been absolutely fisted by LTIs this year & with only 2 trades left, it’s only fitting that they be used for that purpose. Finished a lowly 14th in my main cash league, reflecting a season cursed from the start.

Happy with bennell on debut for gaz. Risky POD but will allow me to finally get shaw in my team to help my struggling defence.

  13. For the 2nd year in a row, my SCTTL team is now doing better than my normal team.

My norman team had Ablett as C last week, and a fairly average week this week, and has dropped from 1,200 to about 2,700 in 2 weeks.

Conversely, my SCTTL league scored over 2,600 this week, and is now in the Top 2,000. Now sitting 2nd in overall SCTTL group … makin’ a late charge for back-to-back titles.

This has definitely been the weirdest, most challenging year of Supercoach in my 4 years.

  14. 2557 / Joelwood / 415th overall

Another decent round sees me top 4 and a double chance in all my leagues including LoEC 1 as I attempt to go back to back….

Sidebum Danger and TMac my major worries this week but a few trades up my sleeve and just hoping to keep climbing overall while winning money league games.
Happy with Selwood on debut and good to see Rock being Rock

  15. 2,440/Goldy/2,245 up from 2,333.
6/10 league wins, in the finals for 8 leagues, top 4 in 4. Finished 13th in LOEC2.

Top 5 on field: Goldstein, Shaw, Rockliff, Mitchell, Priddis.
Bottom 5 on field: Wines, Sidebottom, Docherty, Goddard, Newnes.

I was going to burn one of my last 2 trades on trying to kick start my defence (Hibberd or Docherty out) for the finals, but it looks like I’ll be using that on Wines instead.

Minor prem in my main league but looking down the barrel of straight set defeats, Wines, Fyfe, Steele, Betts are all concerns with no trades left…
    Stick a fork in me…

Normally that’d be a decent score but the leagues are just so competitive these days.Had 12 guys hit the ton but when your opponent has 14-16 then it’s tough. Those with Selwood, Hannebery, Bennell and Mitchell blitzed this week. 5/9 league wins, made finals in all leagues. Treading ground in overall rankings for the last six weeks, just can’t crack top 1k. Wanted to use my last trade to upgrade Steele to Goddard/Motlop but with Wines going down, my hand has been forced. (And Buddy is a concern as well, dammit!). Need alot of luck in finals, hope my boys can hit back. Best of luck to you all!!

  18. 2513pt/Goldy…with Fyfe & Gaza(trading)on the bench. Top 2%. 1st & 3rd in 2 comps. 4 trades left. Oxley for Pickens/Rance/Higgins but not sure who yet and will leave me $218k and 2 trades after 1st wk of finals

    2340/Goldy(had to play Steele)

At the end of the home & away season I’ve won my first ever minor premiership in my cash/main league & I’ve scrapped into the top 4 of of LoEC 2, although now I must play Reliables who is in top form and would have beat me by 200 this week. I’m currently ranked 1707(top 1%) after a season high of 1093 in round 13. My aim was to finish top 1000 this year but no matter what I do I just can’t get there. With only the 2 trades left and Beams, Buddy and Fyfe all suspect next week it might be tough. Massive shout out to everyone at sct for everyone’s advice this year! Wouldn’t be anywhere near this if it wasn’t for all of you!

  20. 500 points better than last week… Beams and Wines injuries just cap off a great year for the Kelsos.

Selwood and Heppell in this week to replace them.

Fell right out of the top 5000. Got killed by the injuries. Directly in the case of Wines, and having to use a rookie in place of Fyfe, and indirectly in that I have not be able to use trades to upgrade Krak into a premo, and was stuck still playing Steele. I ended up with 84 total from 3 players. Some low scores in defense (Yeo, Murphy) and NicNat didn’t help either.

I am hoping that I can get back into the top 5k. While I only have 4 trades left, there must be a number of people ahead of me with fewer and similar issues. It looks like two trade go to Wines and Beams next week, and then….we we’ll see.

I sure hope Fyfe comes back.

Ebert is on the burn list, just nothing but spuds since bringing him in mid year and probably cost me a finals spot in my main league. Went for Danger over Jelwood too this week. Pretty much everyone else was great, hopefully Fyfe is back this week!

Another solid week and up 5 spots overall. Some good scores from goldy, priddis (on debut), hannerbury, bont and Maric but a few below par scores from danger and smith, + injury to wines dragged it down a bit.

Only in the 1 league this year and unfortunately only managed 12th spot after a few <10 point losses, despite coming a comfortable second on total points. Bit disappointed but there's always next year!
Good luck everyone who made it!

  25. 2374 / Selwood / 2339

Had a weekend to forget with migraines and a poorly SC team. Was happy with Selwood’s massive VC score and Lambert’s 86 was a decent rookie score for Fyfe. From there it was Goldy being amazing, and the rest being average to OK. Sideboob on debut was underwhelming at best, Danger needs to bump Sloane’s cheekbone so he can snag the high scores again, and Wines looks set to steal my last trade. I’ve managed to make the top 8 for all 6 of my leagues, but have a couple of super tough opponents coming up.

Lost 250ish spots overall to be ranked 2,339, but given I finished about 23,000 or so last year and had a goal of top 5,000 this year, I can’t complain. I just keep expanding my goals to be just out of reach!

On the upside, my head cleared enough on Saturday to watch my Dees be a pain in the butt to the Pies’ finals hopes, so it’s not all doom and gloom! ;P

  26. Neale and Swallow (scttl) made the finals in scttl5 but only 9th in scttl3. Despite solid scoring (2435 this week) lost 4 of the last 5 in technical 3. Trading Ablett in the round he went down probably had something to do with that.

  27. Harbour Heroes (main team) 2467. 32 points better, wins 8 of 8.

6136 overall rank. Sadly drifted out of the top 1%, which was my goal, to top 3%.

6th in Loec1, 10th in Cattas challenge (by 1%… percentage again), 8th in SCT2, and 4th in my Sct Talks Cheap So’s Ya Mrs after a scintillating 5-0 run home.
