    1. Wouldn’t be happy either if like me you have Gray, Kennedy (JP), Bont and Sicily.
I’m in mourning and wake up with fright !

  1. with two trades left, I don’t really have a choice this week.

With Sicily OUT, will loophole Mihocek and Doedee, with a 70-75 pass mark.
If Gray’s OUT, will loophole CMoore and Guelfi, with a 60-65 pass mark.

It’s only gonna get worse from here, so figure I should hold out as long as I can!?!

  2. What’s the chances of Sicily surprising Everyone & coming back earlier than his estimated 6 weeks…?

Thumbs Up- He’ll have 2 weeks off & glove up for SC finals after everyone traded him out.

Thumbs Down- nah, 6 weeks left in SC & he has a 6 week injury. Will not be back for SC prelim or final

    1. frayed knot Andy B.

The scaphoid is the slowest healing bone in the human body. Smaller than a 5c piece, it floats in the wrist. I guess he is having it operated on as it takes 12 weeks to heal naturally. Fu3k knows what they plan to do.
Basically it hurts like shit, no lateral movement in the wrist and you cannot push thumb and forefinger (in fact any finger) together. I reckon he might struggle to play real finals without some sort of cast/mould (if that’s even allowed).

      1. Thanks allsaints. Does not sound any chance at all from your description. With trades at a premium I was half hoping he’d do a miraculous recovery in a week or two, but seemingly not. Even if he did it sounds like he would’nt be much use anyway.
Hopefully better news on Jimmy Webster (luckily I upgraded Nic Nat to Grundy 2 weeks ago…)

  3. Ruckman Tim English should also be in the mix after 41 hit-outs for Footscray.

Under the pump: Premiership ruckman Jordan Roughead was absolutely dominated by Brownlow fancy Max Gawn after returning to the seniors following several weeks in the VFL.

I have held English, after making 152K, avg 65… currently Running the Gawn/Grundy combo… wonder if he can be a late season hero if one of the big men get rested…??

  4. Something for all of us Kennedy owners….

Midfielder Kennedy was forced off the field with back spasms in the second quarter of last Sunday’s win over North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.

Early on Tuesday, Sydney coach John Longmire noted his skipper hadn’t missed a game when he suffered a similar issue once before.

Swans head of football Tom Harley said Kennedy was far more mobile on Tuesday than he had been on Monday and expected him to be better still on Wednesday.

“We’re expecting him to play,” Harley said
