R20 Progress Scores

Written by MJ on August 14 2015

Week 2 of the SC finals series is underway. How are you faring? Do you have the week off after a win last week.

All eyes will be onย sodesย as he tries to make a move from 6th overall into the top 5.

  1. With the only Swan in my lineup being of the Dane variety, I’ve only had the two take to the park thus far.

    245 / 2 / Goldy > Fyfe

  2. Parker down so not liking my chances of a prelim next week in any of my 4 leagues. If I do manage to scrape through I have one trade left.

  3. 528 / 4 – Pendles as VC will mean Goldy v my Saints (just hope they don’t bring him down to their level!)

Pendles, Swan, JPK & T.Mitchell (via mid loophole) started me off very well.
Hopefully Brodie Smith will also perform well as T.Mitch from the def loophole spot.
Terrible seeing bull like star Luke Parker going down. His score last night + now likely missing the rest of the season will hurt those who have him & are still in the hunt for the 50K who have fritted away their trades. A few above me in the rankings have him, but luckily not Sodes who is sitting tidy in 6th spot & who will hopefully get Treloar back next week.

  4. 628 / 5 / Goldy

Pretty happy with the start. All 5 players have hit the hundred mark. Only got one H2H this week and he’s wearing Parker’s low score and missed Titch’s biggie so things are looking up.

Could take Pendles 118 as VC but with Goldy’s recent run of form it seems a worthwhile risk.

  6. 1766/15/Fyfe

Maric, Rance, Dusty, McDonald, Priddis, Bontempelli & Fyfe ( C ) to play on super Sunday! Hoping for 2550-2600, my son to win back2back premierships & picking the last 3 winners Tigers, Bullies & Freo for my 2nd 9/9 in a row to finish off the week-end!

  7. 2155 / 18 / Goldy

D.Martin, Rance, Fyfe & Yeo to come. Hopefully they can collectively bring home a good weekly score i.e. 2550 to 2600.
Poor scores from Higgins & Ziebell + Boak have extinguished any remote chance in the overall standings. Luckily had a free ride to the prelims in all leagues otherwise these three would probably have caused a few defeats.
