  1. State of Origin for us Queensland leaguey’s tonight (and you honorary Melbournian Quuenslanders!!!) So, quick poll:

    T/U : Pizza
    T/D Fish and Chips
    Comment: Dodgy Vindaloo!!!???

  2. Damn! Still no Ricky! Hmmm what to do??

Backline is currently Shaw, Higgins, Newnes, Saad, Oxley, Henderson, (McKenzie & McIntosh)

T/U keep holding and trade one of Saad or Oxley or both

T/D trade in R. Laird and be done with Ricky

    Comment for any other advice.

    TIA

  3. To finish midfield…

    TU – Danger
    TD – Beams

(Got Fyfe, Pendles, Parker, JPK, Selwood, Ward, Wines and…)

  4. Why are so many people are offloading Adam Saad? Was the most traded out player according to the FOTW article on here. I would consider myself to be a seasoned veteran of SC but I don’t understand why people are offloading him considering the slim pickings in the back line this year and he’s also projected to still make some $$$

  5. With the Crows bench of – Josh Jenkins, Luke Brown, Cam Ellis-Yolmen, Matt Crouch

If CEY is given the vest is it time to cull?

  6. The Thursday game really does throw the week of Supercoach off a little bit. Here’s hoping I finish footy training in time to make changes if needed!

  7. Guys just want some thoughts on my team. My trades this week are:
    Out: Brown, Saad & Krakour
    In: Smith, Sloane & Hamling
    That leaves my team as:

    Hibberd, Newes, Simpson,
    Yeo, Smith, McGovern
    Hamling, Lever

    Pendles, Fyfe, D Beams, Parker,
    Dangerfield, Selwood, Kennedy, Sloane
    Heeney, Mackenzie, Boston

    Nic Nat, Goldstien
    Ried

    Gray, Martin, Swan,
    Dalhouse, Bontempelli, Buddy
    Clark, Lonie

    10 Trades & $65K

    So my question is
T/Up that teams good enough to go deep into finals
    T/Down still needs work
Any other comments will be appreciated

  8. Hey Guys, just want some thoughts on which of these trade combos (a few I’ve compiled):

    T/U – M.Johnson – B.Smith
    Saad – Simpson
Clark – Beams (via DPP loophole with Gray; means I’ll lose MID/FWD DPP as a cost)

    T/D – M.Johnson – B.Smith
Saad – Sloane (via DPP loophole with DMac; means I’ll lose DEF/MID DPP as a cost)
    Clark – Dahlhaus

Comment if you think there are better post-Rd 11 options that I should be considering also if I’ve missed some of them.

    Cheers guys 🙂

  9. Hi guys

Currently ranked 723 and I’m thinking of the following trades this week to keep chasing points. Bennell to Slone, Clarke to Steele and Saad to Beames. This leaves me with one fwd spot to upgrade next week (maybe Tarrant to Buddy). My other option is less aggressive which would be McIntosh to Hamling and Saad to Slone. I would then swing Bennell fwd and finish my team with another mid prem next week.

    TU: option 1
    TD: option 2
    Comment for something different.

    Cheers guys

  10. Looks like we’ll have a window of about an hour and a half this evening to get organised after teams are announced – presuming not held up at work. Also good luck to us if there are any further unexpected outs!!

  11. Is lever likely to return? Or should I waste a trade with hamling to cover my bench for the season hopefully?
    TU hamling
    TU lever

  12. Going for o/a and considering a big sideways trade – J Steven instead of Oxley.

    T/u – Hodge + save $$ for future trades
    T/d – Beams

    Comment – you’re mad Weendog.

  13. Hi Guys,

I had a better think about my trades for this week and I might be more inclined to go with this combo:

    M.Johnson – Hodge
Saad – Lewis (via McKenzie DPP)
    Clark – Dahlhaus

Will leave me with 11 trades left and close to a full Premo team by the end of the byes. Also, is 14 trades I’m currently on guys a good number coming into this round (i.e. on par in terms of number of trades left)?

    Cheers guys 🙂

    T/U – Good Trades
    T/D – Bad Trades

  14. Looking at making two trades this week.

Really tempted by T-Mac but the bye next week has put me off him.

    Saad/Sheed (144 be) to Houli/Slone

    TU good trades
TD bad trades (Rance/T-Mac in def or Roughy-Sheed in forward)

  15. So, currently sitting 2nd in my league, and my opponent this week has 11 players, so even if they do maximum 3 trades, they’re playing well short of my 15, if all mine get on the field. Was going to do 2 trades –
    OUT: Miller & Dalgleish
    IN :Hodge & Hamling
Currently got 17 trades. So interested in what you would do –
TU: Do the trades, will still leave you with 15 and team is looking better
TD: Sit tight and save the trades for later rounds, you’ll win this week anyway.

    Appreciate your thoughts.

  16. Guys, quick question about captains before tonight’s game.

T/u hodge or dangerfield into Gray.
    T/d gray into goldstein

Tough one without fyfe this week

  18. I am looking at making two trades this week and have 14 players not including trades I’m going to make. So far i am looking at getting in R11 bye players and currently have:
    OUT: Saad and Clark
    IN: Sloane and Hamling

    TU: Good trades
    TD: Bad trades

  19. Starting to get worried about team on the park for next week if Lever is a no show again.

So basically considering keeping Saad (for next week) and trading out Lever instead – instead of having to double trade if Lever is still out next week.

T/U – Do it Saad will give you a solid 80+ next week and Lever will be out again
T/D – Don’t – Lever will show up next week and give you 70+

  21. trade krak or lonie? stats and BE suggests keep lonie but he’s got the bye and it would give me 19 players if i traded him out……

  22. Trades done.
    Saad > Smith
    Rockliff > Sloane
    Griffen > McDonald (via McKenzie)

Not a 100% sold on trading out Griffen but I’ve stuck with him for long enough. Rockliff will probably come back next week too just to annoy everyone.

15 on the park this week and 18+ next week and pretty much a finished side (MacMillan & Wallis possibly sideways traded later in the season) with 10 trades left.
