Was clawing my way back after the Tom Stewart and Flynn debacle. Brought in Rowell over the cash cows to catapult me with a cheeky VC pick. He loves playing Adelaide, is in form, at home, perfect weather and playing for a good team now – the man serves up a 74. Pain.
My hopes are resting on Macrae. 9 score involvements, 2 goal assists, highest possession winner for the Saints – barely scrapes 100. Bruh.
Holmes, Roberts and Rozee are getting a spray and shouting the beers for the Sheez, Serong, Washcroft, Bice and JHF.
Really wanted to push for overall this season, but I might be cooked.
Thilthorpe was one of my PODs pre season but I didn’t follow it through. But I did stick with S Darcy, very happy with him. 2057, had 2 good weeks after a very poor one prior
2006/ Neale was 24197
Good scores from debutants B Smith and Whitfield but trading JHF hurt especially with Rankine underwhelming this week as well as missing out on rookie O’sullivan
Rookies came back to earth this week but BIce brought some respectability
Outscored by my tech team 2040
Can l have a hybrid team score
Would have loved scores from Ash , Greene , Darcy , JHF .
Good week to not trade premos and my only complaint Laird who I brought in for Steele and then he didn’t even make best 18. Hopefully he’s better next week.
New recruit Humphrey already a concern and may be in a trap. Other midpricers like Roberts and Rozee also showing concern.
JHF, Sheezel and Neale all decided to make a return this week. Plus who was worried about DEF rookies when 3 all pumped out 80+ scores!
Not sure about trade plans this week. Might just be Clay Hall coming in unless something happens mid week
Out of the top 5% and barely in the top 10% after moving Sheezel and JHF and ending up captaining Xerri for a disappointing 94. Hahaha classic punishment for greed. I’ve only been doing so well due to nailing every rookie pick and staying extremely disciplined about holding them. Shame I couldn’t do the same for the premos but glad I’ve done one thing correct this season as opposed to the usual zero.
Did not expect this insane score, ranked 350th for the round and pushed just shy of top 1000. 0_0
Kept faith in JHF and Sheezel, premos scoring crazy + the godsend of rookies and mammoth scores led me here.
Disastrous weekend..
Heroes – sheez, Brayshaw, NWM & Dale
Villians – Callaghan, rozee fought hard but got the windy tag.
Traded JHF and although he went big i bought in maric & baz so I think it was still a good move and happy. Horney will still be far to inconsistent. Bice a must get this week.
1959/Macrae
Round rank of 35600, I expected to slide about 10000 places down from my OA 4200.
Instead I advanced 300 spots to 3900.
JHF repayed the faith.
Whitfield, Baz and Bice had good first games in my side.
And Brayshaw was great.
Held Sheezel, JHF and Gawn this week dispite dropping cash.
Only used 4 trades so far. Waiting for some premiums to bottom out in price rather than jumping on the ‘boom’ players who have already increased in value.
Bench is looking thin with Lindsey, Tsatas, Knevitt, Hewitt, O’Connell and possibly NOD all on the injury list. This was ok during best 18, but we are getting serious now and i’ll need a few of them playing and scoring
Shite Cripps Callaghan freijah nod
1951/Macrae – Rank 11,274.

2055/Whitfield
See where that can get me from 52k OA when SC opens. Lol.
Up 25k lmao.
Nice one GD
2044- Neale – was 4700ish
Mostly good but still work to do.
Oooo. Good stuff from you too, Glen.
You’ll be ranked quite nicely.
2079/McRae
Was thinking of going serong instead of McRae but my opponent went McRae and i just had to copy
2115 / Neale / was 19k looks to be a good score to improve rank.
Losing Jackson and NOD probably costly but hanging onto Ryan, Hornet, Sheezel (not that I was ever going to punt them) was reward.
Brayshaw, Daws and Neale all great, with solid contribs from Jackson, Dale, Baz and super stuff from my second gamer, Bice.
Far. Nice, Jim.
Only person I’ve seen over 2100. Gw.
1837/ Zorko/ was ranked 36k/ 2 narrow win the the SCT leagues.
3rd week in a row captain scoring less than 100.
I maybe have too many mid prices such as Sanders, Salem, SDK.Maybe I should avoid all midpricers starting with S
Shout out to the Big Hairy Beast in Riley Thilthorpe. Fun to own and fun to watch play.
Thilthorpe was one of my PODs pre season but I didn’t follow it through. But I did stick with S Darcy, very happy with him. 2057, had 2 good weeks after a very poor one prior
Whoops had Anderson so could have been even better

1987 Brayshaw
Have both Jackson and NOD.
Cripps & Holmes scores were dropped, rookies saved the day again.
Was ranked 260 before this week, so I expect I will drop a lot this week.
Surprisingly went up 53 spots to 207.
2091. Sam Lalor and Captain Whitfield take a bow
2050/Gawn/39k (up 28k)
Good week to not trade premos and my only complaint Laird who I brought in for Steele and then he didn’t even make best 18. Hopefully he’s better next week.
Laird will be a handy MID/DEF. definately have my eye on him
2066/Neale/9766 (up 17k)
Finally strung together a solid game week.

Did you hear about the idiot who took Trainor’s 82 points and moved Bice to the bench and lost his money league game by 3 points.

This is going too well, too quick…

love your name.
this week it was all about the players teams DIDN’T REJECT.
could have easy traded out Gawn, JHF and Sheezel, but didn’t.
1997/Gawn(VC)/740th
2,000 would have sounded much better.
Held Sheezel, JHF and Gawn this week dispite dropping cash.
