Toby Greene is a 50/50 chance, Restricted to cross-training and running laps this morning. The Giants won’t make a decision on Greene’s availability until after Thursday’s main training session.
Jake Stringer is still another week away.
Stephen Coniglio unsure of a return having missed almost three months with a nerve issue in his glute.
Port Adelaide: Jason Horne-Francis to return this week.
“Jason Horne-Francis will be available for this Sunday’s game against Melbourne. The 21-year-old has now completed his rehab since sustaining a hamstring injury in Round 11, and will re-join full training this week.”
Richmond: Jayden Short is a test to return from a calf injury.
High Performance Manager Ben Serpell said: “He has started to make some gains, but he will remain a test for when we face the Western Bulldogs in Round 15.”
Western Bulldogs will keep playing Tom Liberatore in defence
“You can’t expect a player like Tom who plays the way he does, to do it for as long as he does all the time… We’re looking to lighten his load a little bit, we’re looking for another layer for Tom.” – Luke Beveridge
I did the same, Chillo.
I debated Liberatore or Richards? Never expected Libba to be moved to defence as I ended up taking Libba as I thought he would be the safer in the mids with Treloar’s return. It turned out Richards was the best trade in.
I don’t know about trading him for Butters? It has merit but I know as soon as I do that Bevo will move the magnets again.
Damn! A rock and a hard place.
Thinking trading Whifield or zorko who are not scoring well anymore . down to a merkercher or mills to free up some money for other needed premos like butterz and bont.
Richmond: Campbell Gray: Knee, TBC
“As reported over the weekend, Campbell sustained a posterolateral knee injury,” Serpell said.
“We will allow Campbell to rest this week and try to put together some timelines later in the week once we return to training.”
Essendon: Sam Durham suspended for two weeks for his bump on Adam Cerra.
Essendon has accepted Durham’s two-game ban.
He’ll miss games against Geelong and Fremantle before the Bombers’ bye.
St Kilda:
Jack Macrae a likely inclusion this week after a punctured lung.
Liam Stocker is also a test.
Matteas Phillipou won’t play.
GWS:
Finn Callaghan set to return.

Gold Coast: Noah Anderson

“He will return to training with the remainder of the squad later this week in preparation for the Round 15 game against GWS.”

Western Bulldogs: Luke Beveridge has signed a two-year deal to remain coach.
Dan Curtin is the AFL Rising Star nominee for round 13
Western Bulldogs: Cooper Hynes $108,900 MID
Cooper Hynes training with the AFL side this morning, looks to be the likely replacement for James Harmes.
Hynes had 31 disposals and a goal in the VFL last weeks
Essendon: Zach Reid has re-signed until 2028

So gross. Only brought him in last week.
Is it too radical to trade him to Butters this week???

Good luck Chillo with what you decide to do.
And just like that… Team sheet.

Can never trust Bevo.
Who knows what position Libba will play now. Except Bevo
Bevo never ceases to amaze me with his magnets…. and another two years!
