Thank you for the kind offer, however due to the valued caring for the players, as well as the psychological effect on my fellow coaches i wish to advise i will not be making any recommendations on what i think and effecting coaching outcomes….

Not sure about others but I know I vote on these polls impartially. I don’t usually vote for the max number, more the ones I feel pretty confident about. There’s players I don’t have that I voted for and likewise players of my own that I didn’t vote for.
