SCTTL : Review Round 8

Apologies for missing the last couple of reviews but was heavily involved in the state bowls titles, and no, I didn’t get any cigars but that’s another story.

Teams are really starting look a bit different and some of those trade decisions are showing up as positives for some coaches with ladder movement of up to thirteen positions being recognised. Unfortunately for a bunch of coaches, the “C” on Naicos did not pay dividends, whereas those going with the Xerri “VC” early stuck with it for a good result. Even better was the few coaches who had brought in Big Max and benefitted by a couple of hundred extra points this week, including the number one score for the round.

Fergal’s alter ego, Gabrielle, moved from 27th to 11th overall with a great score of 2341 with Goopstars Team courtesy of that Max “C” and his Brisbane PODs of Washcroft and McCluggage. Amir, the man almost always at the top of the scoring chains hangs onto top spot in the league bu virtue of a second placed score of 2324 for the Ninjas utilising Xerri, Zerrett and Sheez to separate his team from the rest. Third place goes to Brad and Yeeter, with his score of 2313 making him the last of the 2300+ scores, and catapulting him up the ladder by thirteen places. His “C” was Xerri and his top PODs were Ranks and Baily Dale. Congratulations to the three of you for the great scores and demonstrating to the rest of us how “easy” it is to climb the ladder if you hang in there.

Another eleven of us managed to join the 2200+ club to maintain or increase our ranks, with FD and the Nuns, GoHawksTech and Lost Lands at the very top of this bracket. Join us in the poll below and happy trading.
