  1. Cheers, CT.

Couple of interesting take aways from an SC perspective:

    – Steele behind Crouch and Jones, albeit narrowly, on CBAs. Been strapped up and a little underwhelming of late, could be carrying something? Seen him at HF a fair bit
    – J. Kelly on a team high CBA load, huge turnaround from having been condemned to HF for most of the season. If that return on ball holds, he’ll have to be looked at
    – Warner still getting a decent CBA load, only held back on scoring by his use last few weeks but probably a firm hold till the byes unless executing a major upgrade
    – Sidebottom and Pendlebury basically switched roles
    – Macrae, having been the Dogs #1 CBA attendee for 7 weeks, behind Bont, Libba and Treloar last week probably accounts for his low ton

    And on kick ins:

    – Bowes, Stewart and Short still with pluralities
    – Ridley lost his previous monopoly, with Redman taking two thirds this week
    – Hall now sharing the seagulling duties with Ziebell it looks like lol
    – Dale seemingly adding kick ins to his HB profile, very interesting FWD option

    Interesting stuff. Cheers again, CT.

    1. Thank you, GD.
Great analysis of the data and faultless conclusions. Will be much appreciated by many.

    2. I brought Dale in this week and he is a lock. Eighth highest pts among fwds, and that includes Bolton Dunks and Tex in that eight. Very consistent, takes lots of kick-ins and like Daniel, a beautiful kick. Only 1% ownership.
Shhhhhhhhhhh………..shut up you idiot Wighty !!

      1. I am in the market for a forward, moving Tex on from the short term experiment. I think Dale might be my solution, I can’t justify a $550k Marshall with Ryder in the team.

Dale having a career best year thus far.

  2. For further info, from what I saw at the game it seemed Ziebell took the kicks in during Q1 and early in Q2 before Hall took over. Ziebell was in the area when Hall took the kick ins so it seemed like a tactical change. Maybe Noble wants the ball kicked with more precision from kick ins rather than just long bombs to the half back flank. Will be interesting to see how this impacts Ziebell’s scoring.

    1. With the crapshoot that is the fwd’s. I think he’s worth a punt. If he can stay fit he’s good for 95+

  3. Jordan Ridley spent 107 minutes game time matched up on Toby Greene last round. Suggests that he was handed a strict defensive job.
Will have to monitor further games to evaluate a changing role or a one time tactic.
