At this stage I just want Constable to play. Even if he only scores 30 points we will get the addition of the price rise from his BE of -53. I think I will be trading him and Chesser anyway. No matter what happens with Chesser his price won’t do much unless he goes big.

Unless you think your C will score a lot higher than 139 (200) then go for the C, but that is quite rare.
If the player you have as C scores 150 you only gain 11 points in score. If your captain scores 0 it is a loss of 139 points.
Anything of 120-125 for VC is almost always made into a captain

Looking at the squads of WCE & GC I can’t see Constable or Chesser getting dropped but maybe at worst the sub which is even worse.
