  1. There seems to be something wrong with the top 4 teams lately. They just can seem to win a game with ease.
    North leading at half time

    • Hey Nato, congrats on a huge effort in single-handedly keeping the chat alive, across the board!
Do the finals bound teams have a heavy training block around now and over the next couple of weeks. This may explain the lack of run and the lack of physicality at the contest.
Also, off thread; a non displaced fracture of the tibial(lower ) plateau typically requires 3-4 months to heal properly. Generally 6 weeks of non weight bearing before rehab starts. A loss of bone density can occur leading to other stress fractures in the joint if the rehab is too aggressive from the look of the point of impact this may be what’s happened to Daicos. Hope not though, love watching him play!

Well I wouldn’t know if they did, but more fatigue will build as the season gets longer. It could also be that the other teams are trying different tactics with new players or understanding the top 4 teams tactic to counter act them.

Since it was a hairline fracture they could probably do less rehab, however it comes right at the wrong time of the year. He would be back in the prelims/GF so it could be an aggressive choice to play him. Would be quite a tough call to see how fit he is come that time.
Just have to wait and see what the situation would be in 6 weeks, as he just signed a six year contract and the wrong call could truly hurt that

        • You’re Welcome 🙂 I’ve had the minimally depressed tibial plateau, with a small crack in the fibia head .It was 4 1/2 months till I went back to work. I was off again 2 weeks later for 3 months with a crack in the femur. I’ve never had pain like it and I’ve done an acl.
Granted I’m not a pro athlete and jabs to go back to work aren’t a thing, but still optimistic on the pies part in my view… Gawn and Tracc trying to win me my finals !

      • Chat always seems to die this time of year, with less trades needed to be made and coaches pulling the pin on their teams.

Would love to bring back the SC Talk community team for next season though

  2. Dees finally taking over the game with Gawn top scoring for them. Sheezel has picked up after quite a low scoring first half
