  1. 2395 (with 2 donuts )/ captain butters/ rank don’t ask
Into a peanut cup but more importantly the SCT ladies league grandfinal.
It’s been a year to forget. Bring on the 2025 season

  2. My moniker has been very apt this season, with many self inflicted wounds causing great pains when the carnage hit. Hope fully I can hold in the techie to give some solace.

  3. 2263/Bont/ was 1164 (landslide incoming…….)

3 doughnuts on field with Humphries sitting on the bench unable to cover a single one.
Lost all 9 finals not that I really cared about my leagues.

Don’t really want to see my next ranking after spending most the season in the top 1k. Was very risky using most of my trades early, but I was just hit with injury carnage post byes.
    One week left to suffer

  4. 2529 / Xerri as C after Neake got scaled down.
All leagues won including a very very close win by 3 points over Worp the Line.
Was ranked 1988 so think I may go up a little.
I will be playing one short next week thanks to Houston and Comben and no way to move Humphries to Def.
To make matters worse I will be playing my son in a couple of leagues including SCT#3

Decision on my last trade to replace Curnow was Neal Bullen (119) or J Cameron (65). Of course, as per nearly ALL decisions this year, was the wrong one. Had the season from hell and glad to see the end of it. Had 2 rookies on field this week covering Warner & Sheezel, was knocked out of 2 prelims so no Top 8 GF for me this year, but at least was at the G to see Coll beat Bris. Even if we haven’t made finals, it made my weekend.
Looking forward to Season 2025 for SC. Will try harder to NOT burn through so many trades so I have some left at the pointy end of the season.

    • I hear ya Lisa…my worst season ever, been playing well over 10yrs now. I thought this year would be great with 40 trades…should have guessed from Rd1 with Gibcus, Z.Reid and some other injury I’ve long forgotten, that things looked ominous!
Maybe me and you have our own “Loser’s League” next year and see if we go better!! haha..

      • I would love a “losers league” for season 2025 – for those that didn’t finish in the top 15,000 in season 2024. Looking forward to seeing the league invites on this page next year Steverino – I will enjoy competing in that, almost as much as my last couple of seasons in LoEC!

  6. 2235 / Bont / 3.2 k. – dropped 1200 spots

By far the worst score since the byes thanks very much to the 13 players who could not find triple figures, 7 of those who couldn’t crack 80.

Consequently a bad round to have my worst score as I lost 6/7 prelims despite having full premo and two trades to use in the grand final – sigh !

10 sub-ton and 1 donut. Worst score for ages including the three rounds with 21 as no McGovern. Oh well…. At least my lions are a lock for the 8, even though I get sick of seeing the same players panic/ not perform in pressure situations against good teams.

Evans to cover Houston next week. Hopefully he gets a better role with Houston out. Ranked 5417 two weeks ago so coming home with a wet sale.

  9. ranked 55,794 from 182,000…about 35k lower than I’ve ever been in over 10yrs playing. Always sad when we get to this time of year – but to all who made G/F’s, best of luck to you all – I’ll see you back here for season 2025

  10. 2591 … best score of the season. I’m still in the finals but Comben is injured…Houston will be sidelined….and Grundy may be rested (as the Swans can’t move from top spot).

Butters, Green, Steele, Marshall & Moore the standouts. Ryan the only real disappointment. Made my GF. Many thanks to all the writers and contributors on this great site, couldn’t have done it without you!
