Seems to be a bit of discussion this week around the differing strategies for our bench players , and our marginal on field rookies. There are obviously some good scorers in most teams, particularly in defence where we did not expect it, but there is always the age old question of what to do with the dead ones and slow burns. Adding to the intrigue of team balance is that other category of rookie who gets a couple of games but don’t burst the bubble.
Todays poll takes on a simple beginning to gauge the state of play in our teams, simply numbers, and if trends evolve then we will look at it in more depth tomorrow.

Following on from these numbers, we should try to answer some of the questions asked in the polling station. As there will be variances in team balance amongst us, try to answer the following questions generally and not specifically for the rookies in your side. GKMC wants your opinion as to whether it best to dump the dead rooks first, or get rid of the ones whose break evens dictate they are unlikely to make any more money. Then I think the question of whether to hold bubble boys (Ben Paton types) to get a price rise when/if they are picked for their third game, is also relevant.

As a follow on to this, I think it could be valuable to understand of the rookies that are highly owned, WHICH of those are more expendable. Could we get a poll that covers picking 2 or 3 of the Rookies that are 15% owned and greater for coaches to select who they are looking to trade out?
Would like to compare my thinking with other coaches; thanks for considering.
Thanks for the shout out JD! Unfortunately this has only left me more confused lol
Yep, no help. Couldn’t be a more even vote
