Round 20 and the end of the minor round in Supercoach, for some, but not for the Tech League whose coaches are pushing for overall at the end of round 24. There has been movement at the top for the past few weeks (apologies for not being available to comment) and the leaderboard now has Michael’s Lock & Load at the pinnacle for now, holding a slender 306 point lead over Wayne’s ChamTech@SCTTL. Still hanging onto a podium place at the minute is the ever aggressive Amir and his Ninjas@SCT Tech. Much will depend on his trades for the upcoming four rounds.
In what has been a competitive season thus far, there are twelve teams less than 750 points back, and in a season of all premos that number could be whittled away in four rounds. As an example, in the past four weeks, my team has been “whittled away” to the tune of fourteen places back down to 18th.
Ten coaches pulled of some great scores above 2600 in a week where all scores surpassed the norm, led by Barrie’s Jumper Punchers with a terrific 2766, and followed by Go Hawks Tech by Matt scoring 2682 narrowly edging out the Kid Rohan and KidTech81@SCT on 2680. Great effort guys.
