- Luke Jackson (176). Super game on Thursday and helped many coaches who trusted him with the VC. 28 touches (15 contested) plus 6 clearances, 5 marks, 9 tackles, 25 hitouts and 3 goals to top it all off.
- Max Holmes (128). Led the Cats with a smooth game off half-back, collecting 27 touches @ 77% DE plus 5 clearances and 597 metres gained.
- Andrew Brayshaw (111). Super game and would’ve been more if he had t given away 2 50m penalties. Had 33 touches plus 6 marks, 7 tackles and 453 metres gained.
- Tanner Bruhn/Murphy Reid (110). Bruhn was one of the Cats best thanks to 26 touches and 6 marks, while Reid found 27 touches and 5 marks, 1 goal and over 400 metres gained.
- Shannon Neale (97). Rounds out the top five thanks to 10 touches, 5 marks, 4 tackles, 2 majors and 90% DE.

Disappointment: Despite the win, many average scores from the Dockers. Treacy (75), Bolton (73), Young (73), Clark (70) and the returning Serong (70) all leaving some points out there.
Rookies: No one for Fremantle, while the Cats had Steven’s (78), Edwards (58) and Wiltshire (53).
Injuries: No injuries to start the round.
Gold Coast (14.13.97) defeated by Hawthorn (17.11.113)
- Noah Anderson (136). Monster game for Anderson despite the loss. Collected 43 touches (12 contested) plus 6 marks and 599 metres gained to lead Fridays scoring.
- Jai Newcombe/Joel Jeffrey (123). Another elite game for Newcombe, so underrated. 33 touches (17 contested) plus 10 clearances, 586 metres gained and 2 majors. Jeffrey has had some great scores in 2026 and added another one thanks to 33 disposals, 7 marks, 643 metres gained and DE of 87%.
- Bodhi Uwland (118). All of a sudden averaging 101 in 2026, this week producing his eighth ton thanks to 27 touches, 6 marks, 553 metres gained and 92% DE.
- Mac Andrew (117). Another ton for a Suns backman, this time Andrew on the back of 26 touches, 11 marks and 84% DE.
- Will Day/Ben Long (108). Day was awesome in the midfield, having 21 disposals (10 contested) plus 5 clearances, 7 tackles, 1 major and 400+ metres gained. Long on the other hand was the best Suns forward, having 4 goals from 20 touches and 6 marks.
Other 100+ scores: Josh Ward (107), Christian Petracca (101)
Disappointment: Miller (75) and Sicily (74) not ideal, and Noble (87) too after his past 6 weeks.
Rookies: Murray (87) was very good in his third game and looks a nice late season rookie pick. Addinsal (57) was on debut and didn’t look out of his depth. Others for the Suns included Lombard (65), Uwland (50) and Adams (38). Just Nairn (47) and MacDonald (31) for the Hawks.
Injuries: Looks like the Suns will be without Rioli (jaw) for a few weeks, while the Hawks listed Impey (hamstring) and Amon (leg).
Adelaide (11.13.79) defeated Melbourne (9.8.62)
- Max Gawn (140). The form of Gawn continues, this week producing another C worthy score thanks to 28 touches (15 contested) plus 30 hitouts, 6 inside 50s, 7 clearances and 2 goal assists.
- Mark Keane (133). Back in the team and was extremely solid down back, having 22 touches, 10 marks, 9 intercepts and 5 tackles.
- Max Michalanney (109). Another Adelaide defender who did his job perfectly. Had 20 touches @ 90% DE plus 6 marks, 6 tackles and 5 rebounds from 50.
- Luke Nankervis (108). Similar to those above him, Nankervis had 22 touches and 9 marks, not wasting a touch with 100% DE plus 5 tackles.
- Sam Berry (101). Another great game in the middle from Berry to round it out, having 24 disposals (11 contested) plus 7 tackles and 7 clearances.

Disappointment: Pickett (54) tagged again, good thing it’s best 18. Dawson (86) was heavily brought in this week but below his best here, while those that held Rankine (68) wouldn’t be thrilled.
Rookies: Heaps of love here for Hugo Hall-Kahan for his score of 96, as he collected 23 touches and 9 marks down back. Cook (86) serviceable for his near 30K owners, while Borlase (71) and McAndrew (61) round out the rest. Sharp (68) led the Demons ahead of Fitzgerald (60), that many went early on. Others included Tholstrup (41), Jefferson (40), Cross (29) and Kentfield (25).
Injuries: Seemingly no injuries from the first game on the Saturday slate.
GWS (9.11.65) defeated by Carlton (12.16.88)
- George Hewett (138). Elite stuff from Hewett, gathering 30 touches @ 93% DE plus 9 marks, 5 clearances, 1 goal and 11 score involvements.
- Patrick Cripps (117). Producing again the skipper, this week having 33 disposals (16 contested) plus 7 clearances, 6 inside 50s and 451 metres gained.
- Lachie Ash (113). Top scored for the Giants on the back of 26 touches @ 81% DE, plus 8 marks and a massive 594 metres gained.
- Sam Walsh (112). Been a lot better than his scoring suggests recently, bringing in a nice score here thanks to 34 touches @ 79% DE plus 6 marks, 1 goal and 5 clearances.
- Kieran Briggs (110). Another ton for Briggs, enjoying the solo ruck role with 12 disposals, 4 clearances and 32 hitouts.
Other 100+ scores: Finn Callaghan (103)
Disappointment: Oliver (78) and Whitfield (88) here, both with solid stat lines but minimal impact.
Rookies: Just Gothard (36) for the Giants. Better for the Blues with Smith (86), Kemp (75), Derksen (68), Dean (60), Ison (32) and Byrne (27).
Injuries: The Giants lost Laverde (hamstring) but that was the only casualty.
Collingwood (11.12.78) defeated Port Adelaide (6.16.52)
- Nick Daicos (159). Ran riot on Saturday night, gathering 41 touches (14 contested) with 6 marks, 1 major, 9 clearances, 6 inside 50s and 78% DE.
- Jordan De Goey/Jeremy Howe (133). A couple of Pies tied up here. JDG went nuts with 26 touches, 3 goals, 8 marks, 571 metres gained and 9 inside 50s, while Howe kept the backline in check with 24 touches, 7 marks, 9 rebounds from 50 and 96% DE.
- Jason Horne-Francis (128). Another week in the middle for JHF resulted in 30 touches (15 contested) plus 9 marks, 6 clearances and 6 tackles.
- Zak Butters (124). Had a hard tag but that didn’t stop him, as he found 25 touches @ 88% DE plus 1 goal and 7 clearances.
- Jordon Sweet/Darcy Byrne-Jones (121). Sweet had another fine game of 20 touches (13 contested) plus 8 clearances and 34 hitouts, while DBJ finished Saturday with 34 touches and 10 marks across the half-backline.
Other 100+ scores: Williem Drew (102), Isaac Quaynor (100)
Disappointment: Darcy Cameron (66) not what coaches wanted with him with the mid season pick/role change.
Rookies: The Pies provided a debut for Swadling (82) who was super in a midfield role, leading Podhasjski (45), Harrison (32) and Steele (28). Port was led by Lai (65) ahead of Whitlock (57) and Bamert (56). The others in Cochrane (20), Marshall (19) and Ramm (14) were hardly sighted.
Injuries: Carnage for Port with Ratugolea (knee), Lukosius (calf) and Mackinlay (ankle) all finishing the night on the bench. No issues for Collingwood.
Richmond (6.12.48) defeated by North Melbourne (10.13.73)
- Harry Sheezel (153). Dominated the midfield battle, finding 31 touches (12 contested) to pair with 77% DE and 9 marks to lead this game.
- Caleb Daniel (149). Had 40 touches down back @ 90% DE plus 16 marks, also adding 493 metres gained and 7 rebounds from 50.
- Luke Parker (131). Another big score, Parker had 30 touches @ 87% DE plus 11 marks and 10 interceptions possessions.
- Cooper Trembath (127). Played a dual role again and dominated both, finishing with 4 goals from 12 touches, 5 tackles and having 9 hitouts.
- Tristan Xerri (106). Had some knocks through the game but battled on to finish with 14 touches, 7 tackles, 15 hitouts and 1 goal.

Disappointment: Despite the midfield dominance, Luke Davies-Uniacke (58) couldn’t get heavily involved in the win.
Rookies: Just Blamires (75), Goad (44) and Duursma (36) for North. The Tigers had a few more with their scoring being led by Cumming (91), then mid season draftee Annand (60). Not much else with Retchsko (49), Lefau (46), Alger (41), Fawcett (35) and Grlj (24).
Injuries: No trouble from this game despite some heavy hits across the afternoon.
St Kilda (8.13.61) defeated by Western Bulldogs (12.11.83)
- Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera (144). Roamed free with 44 touches and 1 goal, all while going @ 75% DE plus 916 metres gained.
- Marcus Bontempelli (142). Great stuff from Bont, capturing 34 disposals (15 contested) plus 7 tackles, 1 goal and 13 clearances.
- Callum Wilkie (130). Played very loose once Sinclair went down, benefiting his score. Had 26 touches, 13 marks, 92% DE and 513 metres gained.
- Hugo Garcia (122). Went about his business in the middle to find 36 touches (13 contested) plus 8 clearances, 7 tackles and 1 goal.
- Brad Hill (113). Finishes off this game thanks to 37 disposals @ 86% DE plus 765 metres gained.
