  1. CBA’s are a great indicator about upcoming positional changes at round 6.
Very briefly having a look over the first 3 rounds, Tom Mitchell has attended about 56% of centre bounces. Of course he would be on the bench for some and maybe a wing too, but potentially a slight chance of fwd status?

Libba also a potential for fwd status too with only about 23% CBA, but how many dogs can you have in the forward line?

Josh Kelly also about only 50% CBA, but I assume he would have a lot on the wing and not so much starting forward.

Josh Kennedy from Syd has had 0 CBA’s so far but his numbers hardly make him worth considering even with DPP.

Goldstein could easily get fwd status and is losing cash quick, if Xerri goes down or they only select 1 ruck, could be a decent option late in the season.

Would also love to see Marshall get fwd status if Ryder stays in the team.

  2. Thanks for the numbers once again, CT. Can clearly see the culprit behind Steele and Parish’s poor starts: role f*ckery.

Granted they both have looked a little flat but 18/28 CBAs for Parish and 27/35 for Steele is a disgrace. Noticed Parish at HF/HB when out of CBAs and the Saints had mixes of Gresham, Crouch and Sinclair and no Steele at times.

Might not seem like a lot but #1 inside MIDs we select for premo scoring should be at no less than -5 of the total CBAs for the game. Eg. Neale 30/34, Satan 25/28, Macrae was at wing in the last but is usually at similar numbers.

If it isn’t obvious, I own both of Steele and Parish. Neither been playing well, no excuses there, but in terms of SC it’s one arm tied behind their backs when their roles get f*cked with.

On kicks in, no rage to vent there lol.

    Thanks, CT.

    1. Its a mixed bag GD….I have both Steele, and Gresham at f6 and reckon he’s a potential keeper….would be averaging 100+ but for awful de r2. If he keeps it up, and Steele comes back a little, I’m ok with that for now.

  3. Real worry for Nth, and Hall and Ziebell owners….8 and 6 kick ins respectively, and poor scores for both.

  4. Ryan with 3/5 kick ins. Would have helped if he was playing against the scoring of the Bulldogs to help boost his score up

  5. Adelaide’s kick ins make me laugh, it seems to be whomever happens to be wandering past.
Ryan’s low score is mostly the eagles being crap, I think defs will struggle for decent scores against them.

  6. Jack Sinclair DEF, getting a lot of midfield minutes & CBA’s. Low ownership, i’m considering taking a punt.

    1. Big fan of Sinclair and he does look really good, just need to remember Zak Jones, Jack Billings and Dan Hannebery (lol) could take some of those CBAs when they return.
I have Gresham in my forward line at the moment and I am nervous about the same thing

  7. Titch only 12 CBA’s. Didn’t even start the game and came on after 6 mins.

Ward 19, he has a big score soon. Had 12 disposals in 1 quarter, but quiet the other 3

  8. Thks CT,
Quick question and probably the wrong thread, I’ve seemed to missed the memo about players getting dpp or changing their positions mid-season,I’d appreciate if someone could enlighten me, as I’m totally unaware about this.
Sorry for being ignorant to this

    1. * Announced prior to Rd 6
      * Players who are already DPP will not change status
      * Players who are not DPP can potentially become so based on their starting positions in the first five games of the year (I believe 35% is the qualifying mark to gain DPP?)
