With Bont giving me a measly VC score I’m considering pulling the trigger on Daicos as C.

I don’t like Green/Cogs v Blues, the most dense and restrictive midfield in the comp.
…now that I’ve said that they’ll both go 130 but on paper, yeah, back in Daicos.

Constable thrown an unbelievable wrench in my side and trades.
Have done some ridiculous moves.

Daicos, D. Cameron and Taranto here. Will stick with Satan C, don’t have the cojones to straight C Daicos despite knowing he’ll pop off tonight.
Hoping for a higher scoring and more contested outing than list nights open mic night at the forward fifty.

Gee the pies are burning Naicos alot early. Been plenty of opportunities to give it too him and opt not to.

I like many this week bought both In.
I need them to keep this up because I sacrificed Darcy and ridley for them.
So far so good though.
Darcy Cameron could be R1 or R2 by end of year. He just looks fantastic. So mobile and aggressive around thr ground. And a fantastic midfield to tap too all year. But it’ll be tough to knock English off from the R1 spot.
Interesting how the tigers are playing Daicos too – I think they have gone with the philosophy of ‘make someone else beat you other than Daicos’. Every time pies get control of the footy the tigers players actually run to cut off the feed out to Daicos often letting whoever has the footy a free clearance out of there.
Just my observation.
He is still getting plenty of it.
Daicos 62 at half, with 19 disposals at 89% DE
Taranto 54 with 15 disposals at 46% DE. Dominating the clearances is helping him
Pies just insanely good. System driven, ferocious at groundball, pressure in all areas.

Which pair to sell?
TU: Hunter Clark and Tanner Bruhn (both with softer match ups and averaging their BEs), +$55k for next week.
TD: Versus Docherty (BE 160) and Chesser (doing f all) and $155k ITB next week.
A follow on clarification to the above and with an eye on jack bowes next week…
Option 1 would need two trades (with no obvious sells) to get Bowes, whereas option 2 would need only 1 trade (likely either bruhn or Clark if they don’t turn up). But means burning a set and forget in Doc
Whose taking Daicos 108 as VC?
Being greedy cost me alot last year and even this year alot of premiums misfiring early days

Might even roll the dice on setterfield against a steele-less midfield. He should be able to tear that side apart at worst won’t be alot less than a daicos 108

I won’t have the $$$ to get DCam up to English And I can’t reverse the ridley to daicos trade to go docherty down to make the 100k.
The supercoach Gods are doing some mighty fine work in the early stages of the season.
I’m not advocating for it but if you go to your team page there’s a button in the top right above the team that says “undo changes”. You can then see players you traded in or out and press “update trade” below them and it will let you choose a different player in the same line to trade out. Again, I wouldn’t be trading Docherty but if you’re keen to do it, then you can swap that around now.
