  1. I can put Long on the field and take off JHF to take Stephen’s emergency score

    TU – yes do it
    TD – JHF will be ok

    1. I did it but don’t think it’s going to help much in my match up this week – my opponent had the VC on Neale. That’s gunna hurt.

  2. Close watch on Titches role tonight.
    Didn’t play hell of a lot of inside last week and was even used forward and just didn’t look like the pig I paid up for.

    Not sure i have in me too move him on but Crippa is making me atleast think.

    1. Almost 3 quarters in and I’ve seen more than enough! Titch has had a role changed and no real hunger for it. Maybe it’s that pre season groin niggle.

      Titch -> Crippa/Brayshaw

    1. Yep, the Hawks’ lead has nothing to do with Port bombing the ball into their forward line and missing set shots…

  3. Looks like Hawthorn need to switch around their Mitchell’s.
    Sam Mitchell back playing in the guts as Tom Mitchell not doing much at all.
    Tom Mitchell playing his way out of my team

    1. Agreed shaggi.
      I don’t know what the hell is going on with him he just doesn’t look the player we know he can be. 35 pts at the half is seriously concerning after his 80 last week. It’s the exact same story as last week too he’s getting disposals but just not influential and playing forward for patches.

  4. Gunston playing like he’s possessed, two of the finest snaps you’ll see one on the left and the right. What a star

  6. Looking at the progressive SC scores you wouldnt know Hawthorn was nearly double their score. How can some of those Port players possibly be scoring that high?

  7. Port trouncing them in just about all traditional stats, but Hawks doing all the things that really matter & being super efficient. Much like the Tigers of recent years.

  8. Home town stats guy? Jiath’s 30 is laughable. MacDonald and Ward in the 50s also suss. Sam Mitchell in the presser mentioned the Adelaide oval in general was deceptive with stats

  9. Yeah, I missed this game but the SC scores are all messed up. How can a team lose by 10 goals and still get the majority of the SC points? Makes no sense.
