Thanks GD.So after weeks of dominating around the ground. Including last week with Darcy back, they put him on his worst role, as a 3rd tall forward. And will lose the game without changing it up. AFL coaches eh…
Nat Fyfe was substituted off against the Western Bulldogs with soreness in the same foot that has been previously affected by a plantar fasciitis injury, according to Senior Coach Justin Longmuir.
Fyfe was playing in his eighth straight game after missing rounds two to seven with the injury.
The midfielder / forward had 12 disposals in the opening three terms before he was substituted for Neil Erasmus.
Longmuir said it was too early to know if the soreness would lead to Fyfe missing next Sunday’s clash with Carlton.
“His foot had gotten sore. It’s the same foot he has had issues with this year,” Longmuir said.
“It was sore and we had fresh legs (in Erasmus) so we thought we would get him in.
“It’s too early to tell (if Fyfe will miss a game). We will see how it pulls up.”
Longmuir said plantar fasciitis injuries have a tendency to linger.
“They never really go away until you have an extended period of time off,” Longmuir said.
“So he’s had some awareness there, it just got a bit sorer than usual.
“He would be disappointed having been subbed out and it flaring up again but we will get him home and assess it further.”
No late changes
Subs
Bulldogs West
Dockers Erasmus
Come on Fyfe…
Yeh rabbit I fielded that muppet over Wardlaw who is 10 times his score at quarter time! *sigh*
I need Fyfe to reach to his BE he is going to lose lots of cash
Fyfe’s BE is 63. He is on 42 at 3/4 time.
He won’t lose a lot of cash if he doesn’t make his BE.
Opps! Just like that, Fyfe is subbed out. Managed
Fyfe only seems semi-reliable at home
Wasn’t expecting to see these big scores from Darcy and English. Thought they would have neutralised their scoring not looking to be 120+
They did this last time they played each other this year.
Fyfe subbed off.
They’ve just said management and not injury.
Either way gg.
Not watching the game. What’s going on with Jackson?
Can’t get his hands to it. Playing pure FWD, been pimped by Gardner and Keath.
Poor service also doesn’t help.

Is this a bye round and best 18 applies so I can drop Jackson’s score?
