What a wacky round, I won 6/6 prelims which is nice.
+3s Danger, Taranto, trade in this week crisp, petracca and emergency durham!
-3s all these injuries, new signing rich :(, steven may late withdrawl and ziebell.
Overall a good week and holding onto my trades I think will help me with the rankings this week but am feeling so demotivated with all these injuries. I am hoping i can win some of my grand finals next week and I hope everyone on the site has a good grandfinal week!

Lost all three prelims, chose wrongly for C, got home too late to change Peatling for Durham to cover Lloyd and was playing pennants when I found out about Stewart. All in all not that great.
No trades now and will be playing to stay in top %k next week. Good luck to all the folks in the granny next week, may the best teams win.

4 outs in def meant eating 2 donuts for the second week in a row & bowing out in all leagues. Extremely disappointing way to end the season. Catch you all next year & good luck to those still going.

Another ass round from me but been playing with 2 donuts for a few rounds, so who cares.
All that matters now is bAps at #3 only 220~ points away from #1 and Emile shooting up 12 spots to #23! Huge!

First time I’ve gone backwards since being ranked 22,993rd after the first bye round.
Was always gonna be a tough week with Stewart, May, Lloyd and Brayshaw out. Bramble provided respectable cover and Dawson was a worthy inclusion, but the lack of bench cover in the DEF line has been my undoing.
0 trades and one more round to go in another tough season. Good luck all!
2024/dropped 2k spots to about 10k after being as low as 30k. Lost all 7 prelims… was looking good at 6pm on Thursday, even though out of trades. Lloyd, ROB, May, and finally Telly fixed that !!! Having both Newcombe and Bramble on the bench was frustrating and Satan c completed a bad season of c looping.
The mighty Bombers have my undivided attention now…..playing as good as anyone, and almost injury free !!

Hoping Lloyd & Ziebell are right to go to have a crack at the top 50! By far my best SC year
I made it through to my league’s Grand Final.
Here’s the ‘sliding door’ moment:
I fielded Sam Durham and won by 29 points.
Had I fielded Jeremy Sharp, I lose by the barest margin – 1 point.

Only one win from seven….
Lost Hurn, Lloyd and Stewart and covered them but when May also went out that was just too much to ask…. a poo filled donut.
It reminded me of that last year before the pre-finals bye was introduced and Ross Lyon and Co reaped their selection carnage on us… (lost 8 players that grand final round – managed to cover 5 i think but it was a lost cause…)
As for the rest of my squad this week…I think they lost all confidence when their teammates went down and the effort from some was just putrid. To think this mob scored 2700 just a few short weeks ago! There will be a few contracts not renewed for next year fella’s – looking at you Grundy, Whitfield, Oliver, Steele, Gawn, Zeibel, Marshall, Bolton et al……

The Good.
Last minute switch from Steele to Danger as Captain. I was sweating with Steele 95 at half time. Danger came home strong then got insane scaling. This and May as a late out , meant I somehow managed to beat bAps ( third overall ) to make the GF in Gunboats league.
The Bad.
I had a donut ( second week in a row.) with Mills and Stewart out and only cover ( Durham) for one.
The Ugly.
Freo waiting 6 years to finally knock off West Coast !
Fun Fact.
I was the only one to beat bAps in Gunboats League this year. Now I’ve done it twice. Now that’s lucky!
