My best 18 score last week killed this trash.
Had eight supposed premos who couldn’t get past 90, and then Dale, Dawson, Ryan, Macrae who couldn’t get past 70. On top didn’t want to boost to trade Freijah, so wore that, plus the Humphrey averageness, plus sadder than expected rookie scores from M. Reid, Moraes and Te Doc. all combined to slide me down the ladder.
Only saving graces came from Max, Brayshaw, Baz and JHF
Will suck it up and continue with the long game and hope it evens out.

Clawing my way back after a somewhat diabolical start. Up another 5.2k in the rankings from as low as 30k round 2.
Holding Rozee, JHF and Baz was a seasoned move while many were going sideways. Trading in Briggs over Gawn and having Knevitt over Trainor/Reid as flex not so much. That alone cost me about 100 points. Needed the cash for Daicos this week so I can live with the Briggs call.
Things are starting to click a bit having moved up 45k spots in the last two weeks. Managed this while carrying Tom Stewart on the bench too. Oh what could have been if I just spent the extra $20k to start NWM over him

NWM was the one that got away. never left my pre-season team until the last days when i thought i needed Sheezel.
Yeah, similar to me. Right before round 1, I decided I needed Gawn and Neale and NWM was one of those sacrificed to get them
