  2. TU : rowell and Humphrey .
Both njce bye coverage and solid JS

    TD: merrett and sharpe

Got 22 trades to happy to flip rowell at touks return

  3. Who to bring in:

    T/U Petracca
    T/D Liberatore

Libba has the issue of Round 15 bye, but am concerned about Tracc’s ankle.

  4. How likely is Darcy Cameron to play?
He’ll be in the 26 tonight but may be Emergency on Sunday. Don’t want to waste a trade if he plays only a qtr or so, meaning he’ll drop in price – would rather get him in next week if that’s the case!

    What do you guys reckon?

    1. Sorry, got my info mixed up. Of course he’s already in the 26. If he’s on the bench he’ll play. If he’s listed as an emergency, he may play as a sub.
      Do I have that right?

    2. Ash Johnson having flu increases his chances of playing a bit. But the coach gave us a clear enough warning that he might not be ready, or that he is a chance for being the sub or being subbed out. Tread with caution for sure.
Gawn’s probable DPP makes him less of a must-have (except replacing Gawn in the ruck ain’t going to be cheap!)
By pure chance, my intended trade was Callaghan to Cameron. So, I can hold pulling the trigger until the Collingwood game (move Cogs in the mids). But with the risk of him being subbed out, even if he does start in the 22 has me very nervous. Sometimes the non trade is the best trade!

  5. 18 trades and 1 boost left.

    Out: Ashcroft, McKenna, Baker
    In: Oliver, Humphrey, Drury.

Tu : Oliver a must have go for it.
Td: Go for a value pick to save money.

    1. As a current owner I plan on having him as D6 or my luxury cover between the back/mid line. Depends on the pointy end of the season and injuries/cash generation. If he got his DE up (even a little) he would have an average easily in the 100’s

  6. TU:
Hopper, Wilmot & Baker -> Degoey, Serong, Drury
(1 boost, 1 rookie in each line on field incl Ashcroft & 9k)

    TD
Hopper, Wilmot & Baker –> Degoey, Humphrey, Sharp
    (1 boost, 381k + better bye structure)

Comment to save boost and just leave it as Hopper, Baker –> Degoey, Sharp/Humphrey + $ITB + 16 trades left

  7. McKenna and Hopper are out, just need to settle on the structure of it.

TU: McKenna, Hopper, Chandler out for Sharp, DeGoey, Bailey Smith (leaves me with 2 boosts and $15k)
TD: McKenna, Hopper out for Sharp, Serong (leaves me with 3 boosts, $67k, plan to axe Chandler and swing Gawn fwd next week)

  8. TU: Humphrey
    TD: sharp

Is Humphrey’s DPP and JS worth the extra 80k I’d spend up from sharp? Imo they probably avg similar but sharp has more competition in the 22 for his spot. I don’t need another dead rookie buy I need cash lol

    6

    7
  9. TU Use boost to get move Cincotta to Sharp
TD hold boost and trade and see how next week shapes up

  10. Is it worth offloading Baker to Sharp or Humphrey. I don’t know a whole lot about either of them cheers

  11. Well, guess I’m unboosting Ashcroft -> Cameron. Bit annoyed as I didn’t grab Gulden last week to get this done this week but it was always a gamble. Could well beat his 50-something BE as sub but I feel like the universe keeps telling me not to trade out Ashcroft

    1. Definitely keep Ashcroft. Averages like 95 at the Gabba. Rkn he’s a hold until the byes.

  12. TU: Cowan, Cincotta, Hopper- S. Walsh, Chesser, Sharp
TD: Cowan, Cincotta, Hopper- Zerret, Weddle, Sharp

  13. DEF: Dawson, Stewart, Ziebell, Daicos, Sheezel, Cincotta (Weddle, Constable)
MID: Bont, Laird, Green, Merrett, Steele, Hopper, Ashcroft, Baker (Wilmot, McLean, A.Davey)
    RUC: Marshall, Gawn (Madden)
FWD: Taranto, Dunkley, Rozee, Cogs, Chandler, S.Simpson (van Rooyen, S.Mitchell)
$189,800 ITB, 22 trades and three boosts

Thinking going Hopper & Chandler > Oliver & Humphry

    But open to suggestions

  14. 18 Trades and 3 boosts left. Could use one to do Ashcroft -> Walsh or Rowell.

    TU Do it

    TD Hold Boost..and Ashcroft

  15. Was keen to bring in Cameron for ruck cover.. obviously not picked. Change required. JDG likely better long term option.. unless a ruck gets an injury.
    Out:McKenna, Hopper, Chandler

    In:
    TU: JDG, Sicily, Drury
    TD: Jackson, Sicily, Sharp

  16. Hi all – last minute question!

    Chandler, Hopper, and Setterfield to:

TU: Oliver, Sharp, and Humphrey (with heaps of leftover $ for future upgrades)

TD: Merrett, Josh Kelly, Sharp (with $23k left)

Second option obviously gives an extra ‘keeper’ a week earlier, but possibly missing cash gen from Humphrey… and the two premos are currently under-priced but are not quite Oliver-level

(Mid already has Bont, Laird, Green, Walsh)

  17. Ranked 740 so want to chase 50k
Is ashcroft to J.DeGoey a good trade using a boost? Leaves me 3 rookies onfield.

Or should i hold ashcroft the week and play 4 rooks onfield and grab a more reliable premium mid next week?

Tu- grab de goey he looks absolute value
Td- hold a week and reasses next week

  18. DEF: Naicos Stewart Sinclair Ziebell Day atkins (cincotta constable)
MID: bont dawson dunkley Kelly Green Hopper Ashcroft Ginbey (Simpson Johnson davey)
    RUCK: Marshall Gawn (madden)
FWD: taranto rozee Gulden cogs sheezel Mitchell (JVR roberts)

So haven’t given it alot of thought til now.. left it very late! Been a crazy week with work and family.

    TU:
Ashcroft davey Hopper -> merrett rowell sharp . Boost and fully send it. Is sharp okay?

TD: davey Hopper -> rowell Humphrey
Save a boost doing this and hold ashcroft

Feel free to Comment which is better of sharp and Humphrey and what your all doing! Im out of the loop big time atm, Cheers!

  19. Ridley Hopper Cincotta OUT
    Gulden Humphrey Weddle IN
Leaves me $148k for next week

    TU Good Trades

    1. Hey Mav.

I would personally go Merrett / JDG and Sharp. The Suns have a very hard run coming up. Rowell only really an option if you have trades to sideways him when Touks back. Humphreys only good score v WC and with a small forward role, I don’t trust him to continue putting up good numbers.

      1. That’s actually a pretty good combination Freo Tragic.. yeah I already paid up for atkins last week, now potentially Humphrey’s this week and in a fortnight probably wardlaw.. he look absolutely fantastic today! I don’t think I want to keep doing that. I’ll grab sharp this week..

        Thanks for ya advice mate

    1. Maybe if it helps with your Byes ?

What other trades are you making ?

Do you have Cowan or another dead rookie you can do instead ?

Cincotta may come back yet so I would hold him if you can Weddle looks great though, so I don’t have a problem trading him in.

      2

    1. The argument would be that it’s not just about their BE. Because Sharp is cheaper than Humphrey to begin with, he has more “room” to make money, even if his average remains a bit lower than Humph’s.

  20. 19 trades left, no boosts.

TU – Out Hopper/Cowan to Humphrey/Sharp. Then following week Wilmot to Daicos with banked $$$$.
    3 trades used.

    TD – Out Hopper/Wilmot to Sharp/Daicos. 2 trades only.

Just comes down to is Humphrey a must get for mooing?

    2

    1
  21. Davey to Sharp worth a trade?

TU: Go for it, cash gen potential

TD: Not worth banking $70K and Sharp has shaky JS

    2

    1
  22. With Hewett being named sub do I

TU: Leave Hewett on field and hope for an early sub.
    TD: Put Angwin on field.

  23. Haven’t seen Cincotta yet in the VFL match v Williamstown. Is he playing or a late in for this afternoon’s match? Need Atkins 102 who was my emergency.

    1. I want to take Wilmot’s 83 so ALSO need Cincotta not to be playing for Calton in this arvo’s game – hopefully someone knows if he’s running around there in the VFL??

        1. Bugger. So now I will need to field Weddle, or else leave Cincotta on the field and hope he isn’t a late in which seems risky in case he is the sub? Looks like Weddle becomes my D6.

          3

  24. And now I am too late to field Weddle and have both Weddle and Atkins on the bench with Cincotta on the field
