Aaron Hall conundrum…
T/U Hold this week and play Wehr (7 trades left in total)
T/U Trade in Crisp
Trade Hall for May.
Gives me enough $$$ to trade Cripps to Walsh. And still have 9 trades.
TU – Do it!
TD – Nah!
Cheers 🙂
Don’t love those trades. Can you trade Hall up to a say a Dawson or Sinclair instead?
Have a total of $496,500 to upgrade Hall or have Wehr to cover.
Already have Dawson (mid), Sinclair (mid), Sicily, Doch, Crisp, Hewett, Houston
Do you have a bench rookie you can trade out for cash?
Hall out. Move Dawson to Def. Trade some 200k guy down to a 100k guy. Bring in Walsh or another $590k-ish player.
Asking this on behalf of my son.
He has 7 trades left and 2 boosts as well.
Does that mean the boosts are included in the 7 or in addition to the 7 existing trades.
Could he be prevented from using his boosts at the end of the season if he uses up all his normal trades.
I didn’t have the answer so have put it out to the community.
TRADE BOOST. In addition to 35 trades (up from 30) being available this season, Trade Boost provides the ultimate flexibility for when you need that extra change to win an important head-to-head match-up, or you need to get out of a pickle with a late or unexpected out.
For up to five rounds during the season at your choosing, you can activate a Trade Boost for a third trade (or fourth during the bye rounds) to use for that round. A Trade Boost can be activated for any round and will come out of your 35 total trades. It can be activated right through the round, all the way up until the start of the last match. It is up to you to choose whether you use all, some or none of your five available trade boosts.
Cripps-Danger
Hobbs-May
Danger a great run home, especially at the Cattery. Expecting May to have pulled his head in and knuckle down. Cripps isn’t killing me but can definitely see a world where Danger scores similar from here on in but for 100K less.
Currently 6 trades left and these trades would complete my team (4 left after trades).
TU – Sounds good. Legitimate trades.
TD – Sounds bad. Crazy trades.
9 trades (one boost) 123k ITB
DEF: Dawson, Sicily, Sinclair, Hewett, Crisp, Short, (Wehr, Uwland)
MID: Oliver, Laird, Macrae, Neale, Miller, Walsh, Brayshaw, Cripps, (Clark, Stephens, Owens)
RUC: English, Witts, (Teakle)
FWD: Bont, Cogs, Brodie, Dunkley, Parker, Curtis, (Rosas, Clarke)
Haven’t followed the footy at all for the last 2 weeks, but want d’ambrossio. Please help me.
Thank you so much.
Stephens to D’Ambrosio Uwland to mids opens dpp.
Clark to Tunstill
Clarke out for a Premo Forward or Ruck moving English forward.
Use the boost
Hall’s ETA is 1-2 weeks now, this changes things.
TU: Hold Hall and field Wehr – keep 4 trades
TD: Hall > Dawson or Dale – this requires another trade to accompish, down to 2 trades
Honestly, leaning to TU despite Hall now being officially “never again”.
5 trades left and one player away from full premo. Got three options and looking for advice:
1. daicos straight to Treloar or Coleman
2. two other rookies to tunstill/blanck and one of the above premos
3. Hold out for a week and play one of Curtis/Rioli/durdin
Chris..
Don’t trade Daicos !
He has North this week and could go big again.
I would also avoid Treloar as he had some “hamstring awareness” last week.
He is expected to play but with his history I would avoid.
If you want to post your full team with remaining $ we will try to help you out.
Ridley and Heeney to May and J.Cameron (or Himmelberg)
Hickey out so need to avoid a donut:
Only have 3 trades left
TU: Trade Hickey to Mid priced fwd through dpp like Duncan/Heeney/Hawkins/Moore
TD: Trade sam butler to Callum brown from giants and field him this week till hickey is back
TU: Hall and Curtis to Dawson and Tunstill (5 trades remaining)
TD: Wehr to cover Hall and no trades
Best mid priced forwards?
470k budget
Was thinking either Duncan, Taranto, Heeney, Hawkins or moore
Taranto and Duncan for mine.
Taranto playing for a big contract at a Vic club.
Duncan has a great run home, bigger injury risk though.
Hawkins – hands down – run home is sweet and he will want a Coleman. Duncan a injury risk and just not scoring well, toranto is a maybe. IMO
Thoughts on jack graham?
Has a 5 round average of 95 but that includes a 57
Last 7 scores: 91, 57, 94, 100, 130, 86, 103
TU: Taranto
TD: Hawkins
3 trades left
TU: Trade Ridley to Whitfield
TD: Hold fire
Think I’ve already made my decision but….
Preuss to Dale (with N. Daicos to MID, L. Parker to FWD and D. Cameron to RUC via DPP).
D. Cameron to another RUC when Grundy returns. Leaves 6 Trades and 34K ITB.
TU; Do it
TD; Hold
Thanks !
TU: Hatley > Steele
Or
TD: Hatley > Brayshaw
hey guys which combo to go for??
English and Libba
or
Bont and Libba
Cheers
TU: Take Oliver’s 124
TD: Back in Neale C
TU: Taranto
TD: Jack Graham
Trade in for Ridley
TU: Dale
TD: Dawson
Who gets a gig?
TU: JDG
TD: Nic Martin
TU – 1 trade Hall to Dale
TD – 2 trades Hall to Sicily, Soligo to Tunstill
TU – 3 trades, Hall to Dale, Soligo to Tunstill and Cripps to Laird.
Had 8 trades before the round
Which Cow?
TU- Josh Carmichael
TD- Jase Burgoyne
Hatley > Steele + extra cash to upgrade last forward
Or
Hatley > Laird but very minimum cash
For last DEF spot?
TU – Soligo to Dale
TD – Wehr to Whitfield
Wehr still money to make with a BE of 6 but Soligo looks like being good MID cover.
Does anyone have the list of next weeks DPP changes? Trac fwd?
Thanks.
Is it worth bringing in tunstill or blanck this week?
TU: yes
TD: no
TU: Take Jackson’s 65
TD: Field Carmichael on debut
Parish looking like an out. 6 trades left.
TU – Parish to Steele – 1 trade
TD – Parish/Clarke (RICH) to Dawson/Burgoyne – 2 trades
Comment – Parish/Rioli to Laird/Burgoyne
Parish/Rioli to Laird/Burgoyne
Definitely Laird. You could consider Andrew Brayshaw too.
Need to trade out Parish…
TU: Steele
TD: Walsh
Comment: Dawson but will take 2 trades to leave me with 3.
Who to Trade Out?
T/U Brad Crouch
T/D Darcy Parish
Cheers
Parish to:
TU: Steele
TD: Andrew Brayshaw
TU: Ridley> Sicily
TD: Heeney> Libba
For M8 this week?
T/U Brad Crouch
T/D Tom Green
Do we take Clarry 124??
T/U – Yes
T/D – No
Burgoyne worth it?
Had 17 possession last game. Can move down back for cover. i.e riddley.
More hoping he playes a few games. For possible cover. I have uwland who he can move from def to mid. To swap with him.
Can’t find much info on burg is all.
Looking at moving english from fwd to ruck for pruess.
So trading pruess and Clark for Bont to go fwd. and burg. Basically a full prem team . Just pruess headache.
Currently 7 trades.
Tu
TD
Also option for Ambrosio in back line bench.
Could also do a boost and bring in Steele for T green in mid
T/u – Walsh
T/d – Mills
Trade Out?
TU: Greg Clark
TD: McComb
A question I’m sure all of us low on trades or in the tech league will be interested in.
Parish
TU trade
TD hold
Parish to?
TU: Walsh
TD: Steele
T/U – OLIVER’S 124
T/D – LAIRD
Playing for overall.
Need to trade out Parish:
TU: Brayshaw
TD: Sinclair
Have Heeney’s 112 at F7 so who stays at F5 with the other being benched?
TU: Brodie
TD: D Cameron
6 trades left. Luxury trade out of Cripps this week
TU Laird – get the best of the best
TD Steele – bargain premo & save $ in bank
Hi all,
I traded and ultimately must land a 102k rookie for a bench spot being FWD or MID.
Who is more likely to get a game when SC finals are on (in case of injury – I want a player who may get a game to give me a full 22 rather than now).
T/U – Culley
T/D – Carmichael
Comment for another option!
Must make the call before the pies game.
Cheers
I have a nice problem. Have both Rich and Zorko, but e was on McCartin who can be looped via Worner. Desperate for league wins, and was originally going to a double trade of Zorko/Rich to Steele/Whitfield
Instead,I can now also hold Rich, put D’Ambrosio onfield, and do just one trade (have 5 before any trades). So…..
Tu Still loop Mccartin, and trade Rich and Zorko to Steele/Whitfield
Td Hold Rich, put D’Ambrosio onfield, and with bank of $128k allows anyone under $521.3 to come into mids…likes of Boak/Houston/N Daicos/Green/Gresham/Rozee. Saves a precious trade.
I voted T/D – as I don’t like those mid options.
I know it is an extra trade, but Steele and Whitfield much stronger options in their positions IMO.
And think D’Ambrosio probably scores in 55 to 75 points range on most weeks.
I think its actually quite simple. Rich to Laird via dpp, TMac looped for Zorko, D’Ambrosio onfield for Worner !!!
Aargh…..fell asleep and missed the timing to get Worner back to allow the move…should have done it earlier…..bloody Covid !!
How long is Hall out for? 5 trades left and one defence upgrade to go aside from Hall and need to trade Parish also
Do I:
TU: Hold this week and field Parnell and D’Ambrosio and just trade Parish to Steele or
TD: trade to Sicily or Dawson and D’Ambrossio D6 bench Parnell and trade Parish to Steele
In order to get Paddy Mac’s 108, who do I bench?
T/U Himmelberg
T/D Brodie
6 trades left. One DEF spot left before full premo.
TU:
Use 1 trade
Parish to Steele
Still not full premo
TD:
Use 2 trades
Parish/Hobbs to Whitfield/Taranto
Full premo
Who to field:
TU – Brodie
TU – Cogs
1 of 4 got this right!!!
TU: C on Laird v Hawks at Docklands
TD: C on Walsh v Eagles in Perth
TU: Play it safe and take Miller’s 135 as VC
TD: Roll the dice on Neale as C, who dominates the Dons
I was stewing on that, but If Neale say gets 160, its still only an extra 25 pts gained at the risk of giving up 135 if anything goes wrong.
Not worth it.
