Thinking about the same trade LeGoat, definitely has to be done this week before Fonti goes up by around $45k. Coach Kingsley has said he likes the speed to which Fonti moves the ball out of defence, should be ok re job security, and will make cash a lot quicker than Blakiston, so then in a few weeks time it may be easier to move up to someone like NWM, who’s dropped a load of coin by then? After this round it’s a fairly tough run re the ruck match-ups for Blakiston……think I’ve convinced myself to do the trade! Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
That was my reasoning as well. St Kilda will put attention into Whitfield/Ash this week so hoping the footy finds itself into Fonti’s hands more often.
We’ll get two prices changes with Fonti by the time he comes to his bye which will make it easier to flip him to a fallen premium. Going for it – Goodluck!

Was pretty set on brining in Jackson this week just to cover myself in the ruck line, however Ned Reeves could be an option post bye after his first 2 scores. Probably find it hard to go there though. However, bringing in Jackson will basically shut out any opportunity to bring in Reeves.

I think they are all pretty good options – hard to go past Jackson if you don’t have two premo rucks at the moment though
I am in a similar boat. Surely Jackson will get MID status too?
