Melbourne: Christian Salem suffered a knock to his knee and was subbed out. Even though the club said that it was tactical.
Goodwin said he is confident that Salem will play this week.
Richmond: Tom Lynch has suffered a fresh hamstring strain, albeit minor. Came from the ground with general soreness late against Hawthorn, scans have confirmed the injury. Expected to miss the next two weeks. Opposite leg to his previous injury.
Western Bulldogs: Aaron Naughton.
Expected to play this week.
Western Bulldogs: Sam Darcy is available after serving a two-game suspension prior to the bye for a late hit on Collingwood defender Brayden Maynard in round 12.
Geelong will challenge Patrick Dangerfield’s ban at the AFL Tribunal tomorrow.
Fremantle: Alex Pearce remains doubtful for Saturday’s clash with Sydney. He had scans today but will be sent for additional scans on his forearm – club remains hopeful injury is on minor end.
Collingwood: Pendlebury has overcome his bicep injury suffered in Round 11 and will be available for this weekend’s clash.
Collingwood: Joe Richards (foot)
“Has cleared his rehab program. Has completed high end running & kicking movements separately. He’ll move into contact drills this week & be assessed to determine his availability for Saturday’s game.”

Adelaide: Taylor Walker is no certainty to return from back issues for Saturday nights clash against Giants.
They’ll consider bringing Riley Thilthorpe straight back in.
Collingwood:
Brody Mihocek available this week against Gold Coast provided he completes training this week.
Jordan De Goey a test – needs to pass contact training at the main session Thursday
Collingwood: Wil Parker has undergone knee surgery and will miss 4-6 weeks.
Gold Coast: Ned Moyle has signed a four year contract extension.
Brisbane: Logan Morris is the round 15 nominee for the AFL Rising Star
Collingwood: Oleg Markov hampered by a back spasm prior to the Pies’ Round 14 win over the North Melbourne, has recovered from his ailment to be available to play against the Suns.
Geelong: Tom Hawkins (foot) Despite having scans on Saturday, Geelong has not yet confirmed Hawkins injury?
Geelong have been seeking second and third opinions.

Sydney: Isaac Heeney
The club has confirmed that Isaac Heeney is “fine” after speculations of a shoulder concern.

Fremantle: Alex Pearce – Update
Follow-up scans have revealed a minor fracture in the forearm expected to miss 3-4 weeks.
Sydney: Callum Mills expected to return against North Melbourne on July 13 for what would be his first game of the season.

Chad Wingard to play VFL on the weekend.
Mitch Lewis. To play either AFL or VFL this weekend. A decision to made later in the week.

The 24-year-old hasn’t played footy competitively since 2018 at school/U18 level but had interest from more than half a dozen AFL clubs

He had a toenail removed, hence the lighter training load today. (!)

I wouldn’t be surprised if he is subbed out for a few weeks as he builds fitness. Personally, I wouldn’t go near him this season.

Speaking with Mitch Cleary on Seven News, Davies-Uniacke said that he sees himself continuing to play for the Roos and that he’d like to repay the club for drafting him with pick No. 4 in the 2017 Draft.
