Sorry guys, thought the NHL Boston Bruins “moneyball” trade strategy was well known. Basically it’s trading key players in a series of trades that will help set the team up for future success I.e trading best and expensive players to boost your ability to secure lesser A graders.
Sell a premo at their highest value to upgrade elsewhere. Cant remember the year but the winner make that move on Travis cloke when peaking in value and before he tanked, hence why its named after him
Any chance of a “help my side” topic? Sometimes other coaches can see a way of improving your side that you just can’t see or hadn’t though of (or in my case, find a miracle!). I’m sure as we head into the byes, there’s plenty of coaches desperately trying to find a way to get their teams over the line with few trade options available
Who are the best bargain “premos” hovering around ~450-510k? Looking at Caldwell, Rankine, Warner etc.
I’m short of cash. Who are the best bargain “premos” hovering around $100.00 – A$150.00???
When do you expect to be @22/23 full premo and how many trades will you have left at that point. For example Rd15 7trades.
team value. $100k ranges
compared to last year after round 12, team value > up or down; $100k ranges
With Xerri and Gawn being over $700k and a cash shortage, how many owners will make the ‘Bruin’ trade?
Bruin??

Amongst the old Jock Reynolds community it was known as The Bruyn Manouevre ‘cos John Bruyn won SC in 2013.
