For lower-tier premo mids who are popular picks (i.e. Walsh, Green, Steele), who is the best to luxury upgrade to uber premos (i.e. Neale, Treloar, Dunkley)?
Who are the must haves for each position. Defence Daicos, Sheez, Stewart etc. Mids. Bont Neale, Serong, Gulden, etc. Ruck. Gawn Grundy Xerri, Forwards. Henry, Zorko, Caldwell. Most teams should be the same by now. Should SC have a C and VC hasn’t worked for me for the last few rounds .
That SC scoring does not start until after the first disposal when bringing the ball in from a behind. One team kicks 10.20, the other 12.5 and there is a huge advantage/disadvantage.
I think no points is harsh, as they would lose points for the clanger, maybe half points for kick ins. the inaccurate kicking is hard to control out, as you could say the same for say any matchup, i.e. intercept defender will score better against team that bombs in.
Remove rolling lockout once Friday matches start. Emergencies are no longer designed for cover and only looping.
Also unfair advantage for people with commitments or time zone differences over weekends and can’t check for late outs.
I’m of the strong opinion that Supercoach has become way too easy. Too many trades, boosts, too many loopholes etc. 80-90% of everyone’s team is exactly the same. As soon as a player is a good option, everyone jumps on. There’s not really any reward anymore for saving trades and skilful team building.
– Less trades. 40 is way too much.
– No boosts.
– VC and C is locked at the start of the round. No more VC loophole. Your VC score only counts if your captain doesn’t play. Can’t change it. Makes your captain week much more interesting and challenging.
– No more rolling lockout. Once all teams are released, lockout starts as soon as the first bounce of the first game.
I agree with most of that except a lot of the match weeks now start on Thursdays. Still need a slight rolling lockout for finalised Sunday teams.
It used to be only the opening game of Carlton vs Richmond it would occur, which was a rare VC loop option

What are the current rules that you would like to see reviewed/ changed for SC. 2025. If any at all
