Fielded Lipinski instead of Anderson but had the E on him so benched Brodie (instead of Cogs) – missed 26 points given Brodie was pretty ordinary in a winning team.
Still fielding Wehr as cover for Stewart and after his 89 last week, his 36 tonight was absolutely rubbish.
Neale, Laird, Sic, Walsh, Hewett and Doch to come – kinda hoping Neale and Laird don’t hit projected given opponents have Cs on them but at the same time happy for them to go big and I can hit 2500 for the week!
Good luck tomorrow all – several close H2H this week including vs Freo Tragic , watching that one closely after GD smashed me last week, it’d to nice to get one back against the SC contributors who do an amazing f’ing job here!!!
I guess this was the game we were worried about owning too many Doggies. Only three low tons Macrae was ok..and Bont and Libba ( I own neither ) .Dunkley was putrid and English was pretty average given Ladhams went down early.
I took a punt on English as VC so I won’t be taking his sub ton.. I think I’m going to back in Laird over Neale. His floor is much higher and I just have a funning feeling about Neale. Something about all the changes this week at Brisbane. He will probably go 160 now 😉
I had the E on Paddy Mac at F7 for his 108 so I can take it. Then do some dpp magic and loop Brodie and Cripps in the Mids. Probably take anything over 95 from Brodie tonight.
had a horror run with injuries and replacements on field this year (as have others, i know i’m no orphan there) – looks like i will have to hold mccartin or hobbs as f6 with only 2 trades left. made some really stupid trades this season which backfired and wasted trades – sigh – at least there’s always next year
Like many, I’ve wasted trades this season and am now stuck with the likes of Crisp and Short in my team, who have both gone cold at the wrong time of the year.
In a weird twist, I’m hoping Neale has a quiet game tomorrow. I’m now focused on leagues and just about all my opponents have the captaincy on him! Going to be a nervous Sunday arvo.
Been on a work trip so missed that there was a Thursday night game and didn’t end up doing Wehr and Stephens to May and peanuts which Means D’Ambrossio is on field but I at least benched Wehr so I’m on track for 2500+ anyway. Heeney at F7 left me picking between benching one of Brodie, Cogs and Cameron and I decided on Brodie purely cause I didn’t want to cheer for him against my saints and it worked out (by 5 points but still benched the lowest score). Had Touk viced and locked him in once he hit 130 but feeling like Neale could make me look very silly tomorrow.
1787/18
Neale (C), ROB, Cripps and Hewett are left to play.
Quite disappointed having Gresham on the field with a 49, yet Taranto had a tonne on my bench. Since they played at the same time, no loophole could be done.
Dale with 76 was poor too, but Ryan traded out only had 81 so it wasn’t too bad of a trade this week.
735/7/Miller into Neale
Dunkley the major disappointment (for everyone, not just me), English ok for first game back but Mills was a superstar.
More importantly though was my Swans smashing the Dogs!!
Cheer Cheer

Recruits May and Gawn were serviceable but not electric, Hawkins gets a pass after last week, Dale harassed, but Mills and Heeney were fantastic.
Main focus this weekend will be sussing out a cheap Parish replacement. Keays and Steele both auditioning.

Not so great, 672/7. Had VC on Oliver, but hoping I can nail the C. Neale, Miller or Walsh, maybe even Dawson…
776 / 8 / Neale
Think it’s going to be a struggle this week, too many Bulldogs not quite up to scratch.
Going to need some big scores from elsewhere to prop the side up…
691/7/Neale
Was looking at a decent score until the doggies didn’t turn up
Hopefully still crack 2500 +
Trades are gonna bite a lot of teams in the next few weeks

Man I thought I was going ok this round but those scores are great! Well done
Need some advice here….
Lead by 164 vs docherty and Parnell.
Both have Neale captain.
TU – keep same captain
TD – lead not big enough so change captain to laird/Walsh
