  1. I have to trade Hall.
I have 6 trades and 65K in the bank.
I have looked at my options and am seriously considering trading in N.Daicos
However, maybe Collingwood will rest him for the North game.

        1. I’d even consider a 2nd trade to get you Dawson or Sicily tbh.

Will need their firepower given Brayshaw, Crisp and McDonald can sting you every now and again.

  2. 8 trades left. Full premo. Do I do two trades to get hall to dawson?
    TU – yes
    TD – no

  3. I think I should be able to get this trade done.
Just not sure of the final make up of it.
I have 10 trades and 3 boosts remaining.
    103k in the bank.
    Out – Hall, G.Clark and either Cripps/Green/Rozee
In – Dawson, Steele and Worner
I am leaning towards trading Green due to Rozee’s ceiling although if Butters back it may adjust my thinking.

  4. Won’t even get into why, but Ridley has been a horrific starting pick and headf*ck every week. Plan originally was to get him up to Stewart. Similarly, Big O has been a complete bust as my Preuss replacement. Both are liabilities and need to go.

    Thinking:

    Ridley -> May
    Big O -> Naitanui

Need to go down to someone from Ridley for the cash to improve O and think May fits the bill. Injury and off-field drama behind him and looks to be back in business. Not starry eyed about him. Floor of a key defender, good ceiling, balances out for 90~.

Then O to Nic Nat is a major gain on points. He’s the highest PPM ruck, does huge contest and HO work, will be an insane POD and, obviously, he’s one of my favourite players of all time. Today’s performance was compelling.

Obviously has issues with TOG and injury profile, but I’m not loving the alternatives:

    – Gawn: obviously a god but that PCL and now syndesmosis profile is not inviting
    – English: sacked him this week and honestly happy to bet against him, has a horror ruck run (despite, yes, doing heaps of around the ground work) and that recurring concussion issue means he’s one flush hit away from being gone again
    – Witts: been a beast this season and props if you started him but 2x 60s in the last month, just feels like I’ve missed those monster scores

    *own Darcy

So, yeah, looking forward to getting Riddles and O off my books. Thinking May and Nic Nat are the play.

      1. I don’t think over Nic Nat, TC.

        Surely today’s game settled that?

        Naitanui: 26 HOs, 19 touches, 12 contested, 119

        Nankervis: 22 HOs, 15 touches, 7 contested, 95

        10

        2
        1. Although he doesn’t have the same ceiling, he has a more reliable injury profile so might be less of a risk

          9

          0
          1. Yep, fair point. Did like the Nankervis pick a few weeks ago.

Nice work if you’ve got him.

Still aa little edge/fun with Nic Nat. Will let it stew over the week though.

            Thanks, TC!

    1. We’ll I’m thinking Rob. Has a nice run home or Hickey for some extra cash in the bank. But prefer Rob unless Preuss gets named.

    1. The most recent from CT:

North Melbourne: Aaron Hall (quad) “Hally was pretty frustrated. I’m not sure to the extent of what Hally’s injury is. I thought it was a hamstring but it was quad.” David Noble

      2

      0
  5. Daniel Rich to Bailey Dale
T/u – Yes, get rid of the 32 year old with hammy issues
    T/d – Nah, only a 1-2 week injury, Hold.

  6. need to get rid of de goey. full premo. have bont libba dunks brodie and parker already. who do i bring in

    1. English should be back this week, he’s the obvious option although I don’t now love his concussion profile and opp. ruck run home. Could easily reprise his F1 title if he comes back with no problems though.

Cogs would be the other one.

Nice work drilling all of Bont, Libba, Dunks, Brodie and Parker btw. Strong!

  7. On the lookout for cheap D7/ M9 / F7 options? Here are some worth considering.

Dayne Zorko (M/D): Hamstring is held together by hope and belief at this point in the season. A 6 this week will see him around $310k in 3-4 weeks. That price is ludicrous for someone who reliably scores 100+.

Tim Taranto (M/F): Annoyingly score 110+ this week, so his price will float around $420k for the next while. Picking him is taking a gamble on his position in this new-look Giants team. In my mind though, that’s a winning gamble.

Zac Bailey (M/F): Has slipped a lot, and likely to bottom out around $320-$350k. Very mercurial player, but might go well in a loop?

    5

    1
    1. What about Keidean Coleman?

With Rich & Zorko both going to miss at least a week, Coleman will be the sole distributor on the backline.

      438k – defender/forward status – 5 round average 92, 3 round average 101.

Seriously looking at him myself if Butters doesn’t get up this week.

  8. Time to move on Tom Mitchell… got about $550. Could persist(but get the feeling coach & other players don’t really support him). Touch and go with making finals so need to sideways with better upside.
TU- obvious one is Steele for value, upside & POD.
Considered Petracca- but Adelaide leak to mids and don’t like his finals run.
TD- Keays- pod & great finals draw.
    Thanks all!

  9. need to get rid of ridley. have sicily doc hewett crisp & short already. 128k 5 trades left. full premo. only concern is heeney
TU Make 1 trade bring in Sinclair 22k itb
TD Make 2 trades bring in Dawson 117k itb (downgrade Curtis to Tunstill)

    28

    2
  10. Tom Green > Steele
    Hall > Dawson
    Clark > Tunstill

I’m forced into the second and third trades. This will leave me with 2 to go. I can’t get a Hall replacement done without 2 trades. Team is full premo, just pray for the rest of the season.

  11. Anyone like Luke DU from North. Has had a good run the past few weeks and north have a soft run home.

    4

    12

TU- Heeney > Libba or Bont
    TD- Cripps > Laird

    TU: Sicily and May
TD: Dale and Short or anyone else that is cheaper than Short

  15. Was $400 short of Wehr to Dawson last week so went with Hall instead. Also traded out Jackson so the saving I pocketed is in the wind.

$515k to spend on Hall’s replacement. Thinking May with an eye to him becoming Stewart but am very open to suggestions.

  16. 7 trades left. Will keep Daicos in defence for now.

Need to trade in Teakle to move English into my forward line (or another ruck if any suggestions)

Have Hough, Rioli, Clarke or Macdonald as options to downgrade (going to hold onto Wehr and D’ambrosio)

    TU: Hough
    TD: Rioli
    Comment: Clarke vs Macdonald

      1. For me Laird is the standout here. He is just so consistent.

        5 round average of 130.

He hasn’t been under the 100 since round 3 when he got injured and still scored 93. You are paying top dollar but he’s worth it.

        Keays is Kmart Laird
Has a great fixture , but has been playing forward a fair bit, and relied on a few goals last week for his big score. I would prefer Steele for only 13K more.

Darcy and Gawn would be great choices but have both had injury issues already and I would prefer a midfielder if you can.

Walsh is awesome to own, but his role changes a heap so isa bit less consistent.

Steele is probably the best value of all, he does have a pretty hard fixture for the remains games with only Hawks and an improving WC as “easier” games. He also plays FRE, WBD, GEE, BRIS and SYD

Basically if its your last upgrade go Laird. If you need to save some cash for a luxury sideways or future upgrade. Steele should work out fine.

        9

        0
        1. Yep, gotta be Laird.

To think I balled out for Mills over him when Steele went down smh…

          3

          0
          1. I nearly did the same.

I do love Mills, his ceiling is very appealing. Horse is just messing with his role too much. I ended up going Laird mainly based on his fixture.
Laird may never go 200+ but is a is 100% mid. Solid as a rock.

He should stay D2 . Clarry D1 and Neale D3.

    1. 3 trades left – 3k cash

      Weakest players
Short / Tom Green / Heeney

A few guns with low BE this week I am considering

TU – Heeney to Gawn/Darcy (English back to F1)
TD – Tom Green to Laird/Steele
Comment – hold and look at a DPP cover premium instead in a few weeks

    1. I’m in almost the exact same situation except with a bit more cash ITB. Wanted so badly to move the bum Green in a straight swap to Steele this week but he didn’t hit his BE. As much as I want to one down one up and bring in Steele, I’m sitting this week as 1 trade to handle heeney/Jackson/chaos is no good and I’m already hodling Stewart to chase a league win.

  18. My backline is full..mids are Oliver Neale Cripps Walsh Touk Laird Macrae..so one mid spot to fill and then full premo..
Is it worth bringing in Dawson to fill a mid spot?
    Tu Dawson
    Td Brayshaw/Mills/Steele

    8

  19. TU:- Hobbs & Clark > Steele & Tunstill/other Cow
TD:- Houston & Clark > Keays & Rankine

    7

    1. Probably not. Needs to have played over 35% in defence over all his games this year. They don’t reset every 6 games , its collective of “all” games played.

      11

        1. No problem Connor.

I love the new DPP additions this year. They do seem to be most relevant earlier in the year though.

  20. i got 2 trades left and full premo should i use it all to get someone like Steele,Libba and i got Rosas on the bench with a BE of 74.

TU: Trade out Rosas and use it to get a reliable premo

TD: Save it for injures and keep Rosas no matter if he loses cash.

    3

    25
  21. Want to trade out Cripps for Dawson with only two trades left.

TU: Trade out Cripps with a rookie get in Dawson.

    TD: Save trades for injuies/supension.

    27
  22. Disgusting two weeks after bringing in Stewart then trading to Hall (I knew the risks). Just short of getting to Dawson this week and 4 trades left

    T/U – Hall to Dale
    T/D – Hall to Sicily

The logic behind avoiding Dawson last week was to keep enough bank to move on an under performing premo (Cripps, Short etc.) and the upgrade Cameron when Grundy returns

    3

    15
    1. Hey Steve.

Risk here is Treloar looks like he may have a slight Hamstring injury . No confirmed reports yet , but with his history I would avoid.

Taranto or maybe Duncan ( if you have the trades) are other forward options.

      6

      0
  23. Bit of a tough position, 3 trades left & needing one more forward premium.

    Do I:
TU: Trade Clark & MacDonald to Taranto & Tunstill

TD: Hold for now and wait to upgrade Ambroisio for more cash

  24. G’Day everyone,
Stewart to Hall and now thinking…. Whitfield. Am I sucker for punishment? His scores past few weeks have been great. Is there a change of role under Spike? Would have tonned up this week had he not had so many clangers. Interested in others take?

    7

    0
    1. I think Whitfield is a great D6 option mate, he has his old role back of just playing everywhere. Butchered it a bit on weekend but was shit weather. 30 + touches I think a very viable option. Would much prefer him over Short and Crisp based on recent form.

      11

      0
      1. Agree Max.

I held him through the rough times and injury and he’s finally starting to repay the faith. I would trade Short before Whitfield at this stage.

Always a bit of an injury risk but the roles there and the price is right.

        4

    1. Big chance.

He butches the ball a bit but can find it. At his price, he is definitely worth a look.

      3

      1
  25. 5 trades remaining. Need to deal with Hall.

TU: Use 2 trades to get Sinclair/Docherty/Dale plus rookie.
TD: Use 1 trade to get Houston/Brayshaw/Ridley/Ryan/May type

    12

    5
  26. D – Dawson – Sicily – Saad -Hewitt – Short – Whitfield ( Wehr & Parnell)

    M – Oliver – Laird – Macrae – Neale – Walsh – Sinclair – Brayshaw -Treloar ( Stepehens – Hamilton – Tunstill)

    R – Witts – ROB ( Teakle)

    F – English – Bont -Cogs -Brodie – Dunkley – Parker ( McComb & Rioli)

7 trades left and 36k in the bank
do i hold this week or look at upgrading some below par premos?

    2

    1
  27. Which duo scores more this week (dealing with a few injuries so need to field a rookie)…

    TU – Libba & Wehr
    TD – Dawson & Rosas

    Cheers

  28. Hi everyone – Am full premo with Heeney and Butters on field with Hobbs on bench and 7 trades left. Assuming all 3 available

T/U trade Heeney/Butters to Laird one trade or
T/D keep Heeney/Butters (can loophole either)and trade Hobbs to Laird but would need 2 trades

    Appreciate any feedback

    1

    15
  29. I’m at full premo but missing English and Steele. Darcy Cameron and Heeney are current F6/F7 but ideally Cameron becomes English as soon as Grundy is back. 4 trades left with the team a bit of a mess and Hall is my main issue this week so my question:

TU: one trade of Hall to a cheaper replacement. 3 trades left and some cash to sideswap people to English and Steele (or have those as targets if someone else is injured)
TD: two trades of Wehr and Stephens to Whitfield and a rookie def/mid and hold Hall at D7 and have premo cover on all lines with Whitfield and Heeney at F7 and D7 and rookies with the required dpp in the middle but only two trades left

    7

    1
  30. 5 Trades left;

Is heeney to Taranto worth a look at f6? Provided English plays this week, Luke Jackson is at F7 for loophole too.

Or make a double trade Jackson, Heeney > Libba, Rookie? is tough to leave it to 3 trades for 6 weeks tho..

    1

    6
  31. Two trades left full premo just have Stewart on the bench but D.Cameron is he a trade when Grundy comes back.

TU: Yes to much ruck to be shared around.

TD: Hold him to see how he plays with Grundy back then assess later

    2

    10
  32. Stewart to Dawson
    Butters to Kiddy Coleman

Leaves me with 2 trades and 60k itb.

Had enough of Butters and even if he is back, he may still be hampered by the knee. Coleman has a great role with Rich & Zorko both out for at least a week or two.

    T/U Go for it
    T/D Not worth it

    3

    10
  33. Not trade related but has anyone heard anything about dpp additions? Should be coming in at the end of this round so seems odd to have no info on it.

Also odd that the info is completely private at all, should be able to track it for strategy

    2

    0
    1. Hey Prawn.

From what I’ve heard there not too many SC relevant players that will get DPP this time around. Rowan Marshall is close, but may need to play more than 80% forward to make it. If Paddy hadn’t missed that game he would of been much more likely.

      4

      0
  34. 5 trades left. Full premo. Traded in Hall last week…. What was I thinking.

TU – 2 trades Hall, Clark > Dawson, Burgoyne ( will give me a handy def/mid dpp)
    TD – 1 trade hall > Whitfield/cumming /May

    6

    3
  35. 6 trades left..
T/U – Play Daicos at D6 as Hall cover until Stewart is ready to trade in
    T/D – Wehr > Burgoyne + Hall > Dawson (4 left)

    6

    1
    1. Wow thats a tough one Stoney.

6 Trades puts you in a pretty good position though.

Dawson has a juicy fixture and looking like D1 so close to a “must have”. I do really like Daicos on field this week V North.

I would consider getting in a late playing DPP loophole instead of Burgoyne.

This way you get Dawson , but can potentially loop your worst performing defender ( Short ? ) with Daicos.

I can see Daicos going 120+ again this week.

      Best of luck

      5

      0
    1. I would certainly look at it.

It really is team dependent though. If you feel you have a durable “full Premo” team , going down to 3 trades could be ok. If your holding a few injury risks and mainly playing for leagues. I would tend to hold off for a few weeks.

I presume your using 2 trades to get to Oliver ?

If you can go Cripps to Steele in just the one trade and leave 4 , I would look at that as a safer option.

      2

      0
      1. Have 200k in the back after going to D’ambrosio last week, so it would be a one trade move. Only players in my side that I’d look at trading out later on is Blakey, Green and Luke Jackson

        0

        0
        1. I think you make more points going Blakey to Dawson or Dale and Green to Steele.

Its probably worth holding Jackson if you have cover as he has a very low BE and doesn’t have enough money in him to trade him to anyone decent yet.

I would be holding Cripps, as he has WC this week. I know Oliver is tempting but paying $710K for one player may not be worth it with those weaker links still to deal with.

          Best of luck.

          5

      2. It’s a great call FT… depends on the end game!
Lost the plot early and dropped of pace- overall- so now have turned to leagues. Notice some players who burst out of the blocks now have few trades- so able to sneak a few wins lately due to them being a player short.
Trades are like gold this time of the year- and come finals, if you make it- you may come up against teams with big injury counts. One high ranking opponent last week had Rich, Zorko & Hall- so unlucky- but not sure what they can do this week as well.

        2

        0
        1. Yeah I hear you K.

Unless you are top 500 with a decent trade count , its probably better to just focus on leagues and save your trades, for the next week or two at least.

This week showed what can happen in any given week. There was a heap of SC relevant injuries with Jackson a late out and Treloar , Houston and Heeney added to the list you mentioned. Thank fully most of these guys look to be getting up this week. Rich Zorko and possibly Hall could only be one week injuries but I would struggle to trust them going forward.

Saying all that most of the guys succumbing to injuries are over 30 with a history of soft tissue issues. Something I make a point of avoiding at all cost.

I think if you have 4 or more trades with a Full Premo side at this stage of the year your in a pretty good spot. Anything less and you may be looking at donuts or at the least rookies on field late in Finals.

  36. Is it stupid to go dale over dawson?
    TU – yes stupid question
TD – no it’s not a terrible idea
If you do agree can you add some reasoning pls

    2

    8
  37. A few trades to get full premo.

TU: Bont or Libba & Steele
TD: English & Keays or someone less than $540

If TU – Bont or Libba ??

    Thanks

  38. Is Hall a must trade now if playing for league? They’re saying 1-2 weeks. Only 5 trades remain so like to hold them this week. Tu – trade Td -hold

    3

    5
    1. Aaron Hall (quad) 1-2 weeks.

“’Hally’ had a quad cork last week coming out of the game. He had no complaints about it early in the week and then early in the game he felt it when he was taking off with acceleration for a give and go,”

“He had a scan on Monday morning that revealed a really low grade strain and the signs are really minimal which is pleasing, it’s his non-kicking leg which is another positive.

“He’ll go back to running tomorrow and build him up through footy function and see where he lies early next week.”

      Head of performance Kevin White.

  39. Team is flying but have no reliable rookie cover on the bench except for wehr and will have 2 trades left.

T/U: Hall to Dale, just get rid of him!
T/D: Wehr to Coleman, hall will be a handy pod in 1-2 weeks and Coleman will become D7/F7

    3

    8
  40. I have done and undone this trade 3 times already this week.
4 trades left, am full premo
Will be using one trade to go Cameron to Gawn in a couple weeks.

    TU: Short & Wehr(bench) >> Dawson & Blanck(bench)
TD: Leave it alone for a month.

    2

    12
  41. 4 trades left 84k ITB.

Decided against trading Stewart > Dawson last week after seeing D’Ambrosio score well but then kinda regretted it after seeing what Dawson did against Melbourne.

Do I pull the trigger on Stewart > Dawson or just wait the remaining 3 weeks for Stewart’s return? (D’Ambrosio cover)

    TU: Stewart > Dawson
    TD: Hold Stewart

    5

    12
    1. I had the exact same decision to make last week with 4 trades and 90k itb.

I held and I think I will do the same again this week.

I have D’Ambrosio and Wehr on the bench as cover and even though Dawson could go big again, I predict there will be more injury carnage, rests, suspensions in the next 7 weeks and trades will be GOLD.

Stewart will also be a nice POD during the finals.

      2

      0
  42. 6 trades left. No rookies on field.

T/U – Trade Heeney to Taranto which allows funding Hall to Dale?

T/D – Trade Wehr to Burgoyne and Hall to Dale. Leaves 4 trades and $150k bank. Opens possibility to go Heeney to Libba next week.

  43. Hi everyone, would appreciate a bit of advice please. I need to improve my DEF before any luxuries elsewhere. I have $94K ITB, 7 trades + 3 boosts still available which I know is probably a waste of boosts but its how it panned out. I think I have a pretty good team, playing for a cash league. Currently 5th but equal top with 6 others on same points.

DEF: Sicily, Hewett, Crisp, Short, DeKoning, Parnell (S Durdin, McDonagh)
MID: Oliver, Laird, Neale, Miller, Mills, Merrett, Cripps, N Daicos (M Rioli, Owens, Tsitas)
    RUC: Witts, Blicavs (Preuss)
FOR: English, Bont, Coniglio, Brodie, Dunkley, Parker (Rosas, Butler)

Plan was to have Blicavs moved to DEF when ruck situation settles, so possibly DeKon & Preuss out this week (+ a boost??), but to whom?
    Appreciate any advice.

    1. I would probably prioritise getting Parnell off field. Don’t want a guy averaging 45s on field. Could do something like:

Preuss > Teakle (allows English to be able to swing into ruck line if needed and frees up cash)
Parnell > Steele via Daicos DPP to DEF

      $63k ITB after trades

Next week De Koning and Rosas to premo ruck or def + rookie

      6

    2. Maybe this week just McDonagh > DAmbrosio and bench Parnell for coverage, then next week 3 trades for a primo and cash gen for future rounds

      2

  44. TU – Cripps -> Steele
    TD – Merrett -> Steele

Enough trades in hand that the other probably goes for Mills / Miller in a week or two. Recent form would suggest Cripps goes first, but has the Eagles this week..

  45. 4 trades left and trying to sneak into the top 10k. Should I:
    TU – Trade Short/Ridley to May/Dawson
    TD – Hold trades

    2

    21
  46. Are these ‘luxury’ trades worth it?

    Short/Cripps -> May/Steele

I’ll be left with 5 trades (1 boost) + $80k in the bank to cover injuries

    8

    21
  47. Only 3 trades left!!!!!!!!
Had to hold stewart last week to trade jackson for an important league matchup. Now with only 3 weeks left on his ban and suitable cover with Wehr what do u reckon I do

    TU: Trade stewart to docherty/bale/Whitfield

TD: Hold him and use Wehr for 3 weeks

    3

    23
    1. If you keep Wehr, you’ll have 75 x 3 = 225 points over the next three weeks.
      Versus the Dale trade, you’ll have 110 x 3 = 330 points.

That means you’re down about 105 points, which would be the same as if you had to field one donut over the next 7 weeks. That’s why you’re better off keeping the trade.

      3

      4
  48. My team is complete with no rookies on field.

Are these 2 trades worth it?

    C.Stephens/Cripps (M8) -> Burgoyne/Steele

I’ll be left with 5 trades (1 boost) $62k in the bank to cover injuries

    21

    12
  49. 7 trades with no Rooks on field – but some problem ‘premos’: Ryan, Ridley, Green, Cripps.

The plan this week is to bring Steele in for Green. Here are the options I’m considering:

T/U: use one trade: Green to Steele. Leaves 6 trades and 90k in the kitty

T/D: use three trades: Green, Ridley and Soligo to Steele, Sicily, and Tunstill. Leaves 4 trades and 135k in the bank

    Thanks!

  50. TU: Trade Karl Amon > Ben Keays (Amon on fire for 3 weeks till last weeks benching)
    TD: Keep Amon
4 Trades left, will have 3 if Trade
    Thanks

  51. Hi
I have 3 trades left and fighting to get into top 8.
Was thinking of trading out Stewart and swap Blicavs to defence and get Gawn in ruck and swap English to forward. Ill have good backups on each bench for when I run out of trades!!
    TU- Good trade
    TD- Save trades
    Thanks

  52. Today’s KFC SC email preview for the coming round states that Heeney is on the injury list. So…anyone heard anything? Just interested.

    1. Heeney had a knock to his quad last week.

John Longmire said the forward “pulled up fine” and “should be fine” to play against the Western Bulldogs.

“He essentially just got a bad knee to the top of his quad, and so that can hurt during the course of the game and particularly if you come out of half time and it’s cooled down a little bit, but he’s looked after it and pulled up well,” Longmire praised.

T/u Non playing d/f rookie and loop McCartin/ D’Ambrosio and have 240k itb

    1. I’d get Steele and Whit or May if you want to keep a little more bank. Nothing worse than not quite being able to afford a decent replacement in one trade, if and when the injuries arrive.

      1. Oliver is $710K .

I would look at Steel and save some cash to upgrade a Short type if you have trades .Probably helps the overall benefit of your team

  54. My current team:
DEF: Sicily, Sinclair, Hewett, Crisp, N.Daicos, Ridley, (Sinn, D’Ambrosio)

    RUC: English, Witts (Teakle)
FWD: Cogs, Brodie, Dunkley, Parker, Butters, Heeney (Bazzo, C.MacDonald )

    1. Hey JJ.

You have a heap of trades and not many fat cash cows. I would look at a sideways of Parish to Steele. his Calf keeps playing up and I think Steel should out score him from here. Then I would look at a Playing downgrade for McDonald.Tunstill looks quite good but is Mid only. This should bank you a around $180K to get Ridley tp Dawson or Butters to Bont Use the Boost !
      Best of luck

  55. need some assistance SCTers, sitting just outside top 8 in league and need to get the wins. 7 trades remaining 23k itb, Team as follows:

    rucks: witts,darcy. (teakle)

should i trade stewart and heeney for English and May? does anyone have any suggestions to improve the team?
    thanking you in advance.

    1. I’ve got a ballsy move.

Parish to Danger and Stewart to Dawson or Dale. Parish still has calf issues and Danger could be a killer POD for very little cash. I much prefer him to May . Check out Rare Gems . I wrote up Danger this week.

Then you could look at Henney up to English next week, as English still has a pretty high BE of 160.

      Best of luck.

      1. those are made of steel…
appreciate it Freo Tragic, is our boy danger getting a run in the mids these days and will he be rested at all for the rest of the year?

      2. i have 2 boosts, what about stewart, parish, heeney out for dale danger and english? cant see either heeney or english making BE

        1. Yep I love it .

          Dale is a jet !

Danger looked amazing scoring 98 from 62% game time. It was against North. He spent most of his time in the midfield with his usual stints forward. With Rohan back and both Hawk and Cameron fit, I can’t see how they need him forward too much. Its pretty tight at the top so Geelong may not have the luxury of resting him again before finals. Its always a bit of a risk though.

          1. The other option is Parish to Steele and Heeney to Duncan.

            I think I prefer English though as he’s probably F2 . Bont F1.

            1. Agreed I’m happy with English and danger. The only issue I have with the scenario is dp3… Tonned up with one calf last week. Shirely his good to go now it’s been 4 weeks! Initially a 1-weeker, wasn’t it?

              1. Limped off at training this week.
Talking to Medicos about that calf.
Rumours on Twitter he will miss.
                Nothing confirmed as yet.

  56. OK, my situation.. 7 trades with no $cash

I am adament that I want to trade Cripps -> Steele this week

But I need to find some cash… I have narrowed it down to 2 trade options:

    TU: C.Stephens -> Burgoyne
This also gives me the added DPP benefit for extra coverage with defence

    TD: Short -> May
Ultimately this is my D6 spot

    Cheers!

  57. Thinking of

    Out Ridley, Solgilo, McComb

In May, Nankervis, cox (D/M loop)

Would leave me with 4 trades for the run home and Butters and Wher as key bench cover players

  58. What to do with Goldstein? Got him back in R8 and has been very handy. But the ruck time tipped back in Xerri’s favour last week, and Goldy dropped a 55.

Time to cash him in? Also have DCam and English as ruck cover (but no actual rucks).

Thinking maybe Sean Darcy or Bailey Dale. 5 trades left.

  59. 4 trades left currently

T/U – Hall to Dawson ($2.5k left in bank)
    T/D – Hall to Dale ($83k left)

After offloading Hall, my biggest issues will be Short, Crippa (maybe) and an eventual Cameron offload. IS it wise keeping bank to have freedom for future trades?

    4

    3
  60. 7 trades left 18k 1 boost

    Could use some help

Def, Dawson, Sinclair, hewett, crisp, short ridley: Wher, Parnell

Mid: Oliver, Neale, Miller, Walsh, Petracca, Zerrett, Cripps, Butters, : Soligo, McComb, owens

    Ruck: Witts, Goldy, loop

Fwds, Bont, Brodie, Cogs, Dunks, Parker, Himmelburg: McDonald, Rioli

    Goldy + Ridley biggest issues

Have enough trades to do a 3 for 1 to get a ruck or Mid but that means I have to keep Ridley.

Goldy is also decent cover as R3/F7 so I’m probably just going to keep him since it seems better to try and add a primo rather then subtract one

  64. Am holding Stewart, and have Hall with 5 trades left. My bench cover is Wehr and Parnell.
I’m tied first in my league so not too fussed about the matchup, more thinking for down the track.

    TU: Trade Hall
    TD: Hold Hall
